Housekeeping of 36 roomed Piankini Guest House and Suvarnamukhi guest house- by engaging 8 no's un skilled labour for services includes mopping the floors of all rooms, dressing rooms, cleaning of furniture in all rooms, all attached toilets flooring, EWC/IWC, wash basins cleaning with required cleaning consumables and chemicals and maintenance of open areas around the hostel building, septic tank motor pumping, maintenance of lawn, hedge plants, indoor plants etc., and Housekeeping of rooms in Suvarnamukhi Guest House on daily basis, services includes mopping the floors of all rooms including suits & dressing rooms, Conference halls & dining halls(VIP Guest House) and Cleaning of furniture in all rooms/dining halls/conference halls, Cleaning of Glass Doors & VIP Guest House pantry including utensils and all attached & cleaning of common toilets flooring, EWC/IWC, wash basins with required cleaning chemicals and consumables, and maintenance of open areas in and around the VIP Guest House including maintenance of lawns, indoor plants border plants cutting of grass, etc.,(Excluding Cost of Consumables which shall be reimbursed by the department on prior approval and as per actual expenditure incurred) rate includes all labour charges for finished job work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
