Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50m in width or 10.0sqm in plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.50m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m in all kinds of soil.

Concrete with cement, coarse sand & 40mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:4:8 in foundation and floors including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work, as per drawing and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203.

R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).
