Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment from top of roof of buildings at any height including demolition of padding concrete, remove earth strip, electric cable and removing the debris to out side of MD land, cleaning the entire surface with water to remove all dust and dirt etc, laying cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) not exceeding 40mm average thickness on roof in adequate slope, rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on top of concrete mixed with water proofing compound in proportion as per manufacturer's instructions by weight of cement and making plastered surfaces to receive water proofing treatment finished fair and even and preparing, clean and dry plastered roof surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement / mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous filler / primer conforming to IS 3384-1986 and applying @ 250 gm/sqm through approved applicator and applying and all as per manufacturer's instructions, re-fixing of earthing strip and cable at the same place after execution of water proofing work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separetaly as supply only under relevant item. and refixing the earth strip and cable at the same position after execution of water proofing work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement palster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roof or terrace, Cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth using extra cement incl mixing of water proofing compound in proportion as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed at site.(Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately).

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) all as specified.

M & L Rendering 10 mm thick on ceiling surface in cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
