WATER INGRESS DETECTION SYSTEM FOR CARGO HOLDS NO 1,2,3,4 AND 5 ,BOSUN STORES,PAINT STORE,WINDLASS CNTRL RM,CARPENTER RM,VOID SPACE INCLUDING DEWATERING SYSTEM TO CHECKED THOROUGHLY FOR PROPER FUNCTIONING AND TO BE CALIBRATED AS REQUIRED AS PER SOLAS XII/12 INCLUDING ALARM MONITORING PANEL IN NAVIGATION BRIDGE,IS BARRIER/BOX AND LEVEL SENSOR IN CARGO HOLDS AND OTHER SPACES AS REQUIRED BY SOLAS XII/REG 12 MSC145(77),IACS UI SC 180 TO BE OVERHAULED AND TESTED TO THE SATISFACTION OF CLASS IRS AND DNV. ALL WIRING CABLES OF MASTER PANEL AND ALARM MONITOR TO BE CHECKED. MAINTENANCE AND TEST TO BE CARRIED OUT.

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES: BILGE WELL CABINET FOR DEWATERING SYSTEM IN BCR INOPERATIONAL. TO RECTIFY FAULT. MAKE / MODEL-NORDIC/SERIAL NO-20102961-001

ALL DEWATERING HYDRAULIC VALVES AND ACTUATORS ( TOTAL 15 NOS) TO BE OVERHAULED.

CONSUMABLES / MATERIAL / SPARES:For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items, spares, material and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for materials / consumables for entire SoW (S.No.1 to S.No.9). The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BoQ" for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (S.No.10) against third party / OEM invoice.

TO CHECK, REPAIR AND CALIBRATE ELECTRIC PRESSURE TRANSMITTER TYPE DRAFT GAUGE AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT IN BALLAST CONTROL ROOM IN FOUR LOCATION I.E FWD; AFT MIDSHIP (PORT & STBD)

ALL 5 HATCH CONTROL PANELS TO BE OVERHAULED AND REQUIRED DIRECTIONAL VALVE TO BE RENEWED. ( VALVE - SHIP SUPPLY)
