Removal of existing MS Angle by chipping of existing concrete and re-aligning the same angle with proper support angles/welding/drilling of new steel reinforcement to the existing reinforcement, complete all as directed by Engineer Incharge. (Item includes two coats of anti corrosion paint over a one coat of primer) (Same angle shall be reused) (Drilling item will be measured on seperate item)

Providing M30 Grade Concrete from approved RMC with minimum cement content of 340kgs per M3, after proper fixing of MS Angle in position. (Item includes shuttering & De-shuttering the same).

Provide and building up of isolated damaged portions up to 25 mm average thick in concrete surface., using polymer modified cementations mortar with cement sand ratio 1:3 using Nito bond SBR/ approved equivalent at the rate of 7lts/ bag of cement to an average thickness of 20mm over the primed surface using Nito bond SBR in 1:1:3 by volume (Nitobond SBR :water: cement). Repair mortar has to be applied before priming coat dries, (if the bonding compound dried it should be re- coated) and cutting the repair mortar after competion of repair work with Nito bond AR (1 part of water by volume) as a curing membarance at a coverage of 8-10 Sq.m / lit cost including scaffolding wherever necessary and all as specified and directed by Engineer.

Provide and place in position micro concrete (M-40) which shall be cement based prepacked component such as Rendrock - RG of fosroc make or equivalent mixed with 6mm size coarse aggregate in specified percentage by weight subjecting to the maximum of 50% as dtrected by the engineer incharge including mixing with suitable and approved mixing machine, pumping of concrete under pressure where ever required to ensure that the concrete laid for encasement is dense, properly compacted, free from honey combs, and necessary scafolding as directed by the engineer in charge.

Cleaning of Duct and disposal of waste outside HSL premises and complete all as directed by Engineer In-charge.

Supply, fabrication and fix in position structural steel such as MS angles, etc., for supporting the MS chequred plate including cutting, welding, grinding and necessary consumables, and providing painting two coats best quality anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Drilling of 16-25mm dia, 150mm deep hole in concrete surface by using electrical drilling machine and complete all as directed by Engineer In-charge. (Item includes fixing of required new steel reinforcement)

Chip unsound/weak concrete material from counter weight blocks of thickness varies 25mm to 150 mm with standard power driven percusision type or pneumatic chiesel of standard make as directed by engineer incharge including tappering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc., complete and disposal of debris upto 50 mts and all lifts and all as specified and directed by engineer. (Work will be carried out at a level of 40M from the Ground Level)

Drilling of holes of dia 16mm to 25mm by using electrically operated machine or any other equipment in existing plain or reinforced cement concrete upto a minimum depth of 100 mm and upto 200 mm deep, fixing the reinforcement in position by grouting "Lock Fix" of fosroc make or equivalent including cost of labour, tools & plant but excluding cost of reinforcement bars which will be measured under item No:5 complete all as directed. (Work will be carried out at a level of 40M from the Ground Level)

Drilling of 16mm dia, 150mm deep holes in concrete embedding and including fixing of 12mm dia 300mm long MS bars as shear connectors to fix the weld mess and grouting with lock fix chemical of fosroc as per manufactures specifications and necessary scafolding and all as specified and directed by engineer. (Work will be carried out at a level of 40M from the Ground Level)

Supplying and fixing of fe 415 grade HSD bar reinforcement in position including the cost of steel, transporting the same to the site of the work, straightning, cleaning, cutting, bending, to the required shapes and lengths as directed by the engineer incharge, binding with 16 SWG black soft annealed binding wire or welding wherever required at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps etc., for all heights and depths and necessary scafolding and all as specified and directed by engineer. (Work will be carried out at a level of 40M from the Ground Level)

Provide and fix water leak proof steel centering and shuttering to diaphragm walls, column, beams, deck slabs, pile caps, column heads etc., including application of approved form release coating, strutting, bracing, propping etc., keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same in position during concreting specified period etc for straight/inclined shuttering, keeping necessary provision for inserts projecting dowels and necessary scafolding and all as specified and directed by engineer. (Work will be carried out at a level of 40M from the Ground Level)

Clean the Rust, over and behind a reinforcement bars upto 25mm dia by manual methods hammering the rebar, using wire brush, chesieling to form a totally rust free finishing surface throughout length of bars and Supply and apply the NitoZinc primer of fosroc make to the existing prepared surface of reinforcing bars to protect from corrosion complete all as directed. (Work will be carried out at a level of 40M from the Ground Level)

Supply and application of concrete curing compound to the finished concrete surface immediately after stripping the form work with CONCURE-WS of Fosrock or its equivalent approved by Engineer in Charge as per the manufacurers recommendations and as directed including necessary scafolding. (Work will be carried out at a level of 40M from the Ground Level)

Application of solvent based Aliphatic acrylate anti-carbonation protective coating on the finished concrete surface with approved products / brands / shades like FOSROC/Sika or any other approved equivalent brands including one coat of surface primier complete all as directed by the engineer. (Work will be carried out at a level of 40M from the Ground Level)
