Sub Head - I - Sub/Stn. Equipments. Design, manufacture, supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 800A, 26.3 KA breaking capacity, 9 panels VCB (Incoming - 4 nos., Buscoupler - 1 no., Outgoing - 4 nos.) Switch Board fabricated out of 2 mm sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed and fully interlocked , IP 4X protection, cubicle type, free standing, floor mounted, extensible on both sides, complete with rack in - rack out mechanisms, horizontal drawout, horizontal isolation type breaker as per IS 13118 as amended up to date, suitable for indoor operation at 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, Ac supply and complete with all accessories i/c. end termination box suitable for terminating heat shrinkable jointing of 3 core x 300 sq mm HT XLPE 11 KV (E) cable size (cable entry from bottom), necessary provision of connection, internal copper wiring, earth terminals, painting etc. as required as per specifications and comprising of followings :-

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of single phase automatic trickle cum boost (30 Amps) battery charging equipment with dropper diode bank suitable for charging lead acid 30V, 120 AH maintenance free battery consisting of 15 cells i/c supply of maintanence free batteries, necessary battery stand and making all connections etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing 12 way prewired SPN MCB distribution board of steel sheet for 250 volts on surface / recess complete with loose wire box, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, duly prewired with suitable size FR PVC insulated copper conductor up to terminal blocks, tinned copper bus bar, neutral link, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required.(with MCB).

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of indoor type corrugated tank design 1000 KVA 11 - 6 / 0.433 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz, Dyn 11, KNAN type, Sealed type copper wound transformer with Off load tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of 2.5%, +7.5 to -7.5% having cable end boxes on HV side suitable for 3 Core x 300 Sq.mm. XLPE cable of 11 KV grade on HT side and 1600 Amp Aluminium bustrunking on LV side complete with all accessories like buchholz relay, oil temperature indication, winding temperature indication and alarm etc i/c first filling of filtered dehydrated K class natural easter oil (As per IS 16659) and confirming to IS 1180 and losses shall be as energy efficiency level 1 only i.e at 50% load 5.4 KW(max) & 100% load 17KW(max) with an impedence of 6.25% i/c as per specification attached complete in all respects as required at site. Design ambient to be considered as 50 Deg C.All the balance parameter like temp rise, Basic insulation level, flux density etc shall be strictly in accordance with IS 1180 Part - 1 only.

SITC of LT bus duct for 1600 amps. rating, indoor sandwitched type Busduct (fault level of 50 KA) for connecting 2 nos. transformer secondary side to Incomers of MV panel having suitable rated aluminium conductor for three phase and neutral connections with necessary 90 dgree bends, adopter boxes with flanged end as per site requirement and necessary copper flexible (set of TPN) at terminating ends etc. as required, GI housing for heat dissipation in natural environment, complete with 2 nos. 50 x 6 mm Aluminium continuous earthing conductor and having necessary hanging arrangement, supports from the ceiling. The housing shall be powder coated etc. as required complete as per site requirement.

APFC PANEL Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 300 KVAR thyristor switched APFC panel consist of thyristors , inteligent APFC controller, thyristor firing modules, self current limiting coil complete with controls for automatic power factor improvement of capacitor bank(s) suitable for operation on 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply & to maintain the P.F. upto 0.99 lagging. The panel shall be fabricated from CRCA sheet steel enclosure made out of 2 mm thick sheet, fully compartmentalised of each module sections, hinged type lockable door, totally enclosed, vermin proof, free standing, suitable ventilated louvers covered with wire mesh, floor mounting , MS base frame of size 100 x 50 x 5 mm thick channel etc including antirust treatment with powder coated of approved colour, complete with all internal copper wiring, inter connections of all control & power cables, body earthing etc. all as required as per SLD & specification enclosed with the following equiped switch gears & accessories:- NOTE: Each bank shall consits of Thyristor switch module, single phase Electronic switch, MPP- H ( heavy duty ) capacitor with 7% detuned harmonic Reactors suitable for 3 Phase, 440 V A.C. ±10 %, 50 Hz ± 3 % low loss with pressure tear off fuse, TP Fuse Base with semiconductor protection Fuse Link, ON / OFF Push Button, ON / OFF LED Indication Lamps protected by MCB, Auxiliary Relay as required complete.

MV Panel. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of floor mounted powder coated cubicle type completaly separate compartmentalised MV panel (fault level of 50 KA) of suitable size to accommodating the following SWGR’s etc. i/c. all other necessary accessories with 1600 A. TPN Al. busbars having provision for connecting bustrunking for incomers, totally enclosed, dust tight, vermin proof, made of 14 SWG. MS. sheet with hinged door on rear side for each section with proper locking arrangements, complete separate compartments for each switch gears and bus bars and also provision of cable alley. The swgr compartments shall have with front opening door and on the door, there shall be LED type indications for incoming & outgoing SWGR's, all inter connections between busbars & SWGR'S with Al. bars / strips of adequate size, all control wiring with necessary ferrueling, proction MCB's of suitable ratings for control circuits etc. Provission of bottom and top entry for outgoing cables in the cable alleys etc. complete as required. Providing double GI running earth bus of adequate size i/c. supply and fixing of following SWGR'S in the existing compartments, earthing the panel etc. as required.

Supply of 3 core 300 sq.mm 11 KV(E) grade XLPE insulated Al. cond. cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part II) 1985 amended upto date.

Supply of 3.5 core 300 sq.mm 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated Al. cond. cable confirming to IS 7098 ( Part I ) 1985 amended upto date.

Supply and laying of 4” dia., Class - B, GI pipe for road / drain crossing at a suitable depth for crossing HT & LT UG cable i/c. necessary excavtion for laying of pipe, refilling and making good the damages etc. as reqd.

Supply of permanantly lubricated HDPE (High density polyethylene) duct of 160 mm outer dia conforming to technical specification with latest amendments.

Laying of following size of permanetly lubricated HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe alongwith its necessary accessories like coupler,end plugs etc. below the ground (i/c Road crossing ,Cement concrete Apron Area) at a depth of 1.6 m to 6 m through horizontal directional drilling as per site as required (size upto 160 mm.)

Providing and making masonary inspection chember of size not less than 1000 x 1000 x 750 mm. deep (inside) i/c. excavation of soil, 75 mm. flat brick soiling at the bottom, 50 mm. base concrete over brick soiling, 250 mm. brick work with cement morter, cement plasteron brick work and bottom (only inside surface), providing removable RCC slabs of suitable size on the top of the chember with providing suitable lifting arrangement etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and installing following size of Hot dip Galvanised / Powder coated ladder type cable trays in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. a) 600 mm wide x 50 mm wall height GI Ladder type.

Supply & making indoor end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit i/c. all necessary jointing materials, clamps, sockets etc.for 11 KV (E) grade XLPE insulated Al. cond cable of following sizes: a) 11 KV (E) grade XLPE insulated 3 core 300 sq.mm Al. cond. cable etc. as reqd.

Supply & making end termination with brass compression gland i/c. proper socketing etc. reqd. for 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated of size upto 3.5 core 300 sq. mm. Al. cond. cable.

Supply, Fabrication & installation of 8 mm thick chequered plate duly painted for covering Cable trench, with lifting hook and striaghtner/ supports along with provision of MS angle iron structure in cable trench etc inside the substation yard

Earthing with Cu. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick i/c all accessories, providing masonry enclosure on top cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. reqd.

Providing & fixing 50 mm x 5 mm Cu. strip in 80 mm dia GI (Class - B) pipe from earth electrode etc. as reqd.

Providing & fixing 25 x 5 mm thick Cu. strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as reqd.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick i/c. all accessories providing masonry enclosure on top, cover plate, having locking arrangement, watering pipe etc. as reqd.

Providing & fixing 25mm x 5 mm thick GI strip in 40 mm. dia. (Class - B) pipe from earth electrode etc. as reqd

Providing & fixing 25 x 5 mm. thick GI strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as reqd.

Supply & fixing 2.5 mm. (nominal + / - 10%) thick electric insulated PVC sheet along with suitable adhesive / chemibound, having minimum breakdown strength 68 KV, having no adverse effect of mineral oil, high insulation resistance and water proof i/c. material for water proofing of floor and sealing of all joints etc. suitable for voltage not exceeding 11 KV.

Supply & fixing 2.0 mm. (nominal + / - 10%) thick electric insulated PVC sheet along with suitable adhesive / chemibound, having minimum breakdown strength 68 KV, having no adverse effect of insulating oil, high insulation resistance and water proof i/c. material for water proofing of floor and sealing of all joints etc. suitable for voltage not exceeding 1.1 KV.

Safety Equipments / items. Providing & fixing of Carbon dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguishers conforming to IS 2878-1976 and cylinder fully charged of 4.5 Kg capacity hanged on wall with bracket component as required.

Supply and fixing of foam fire extinguishers, Portable type 9 Liter capacity hanged on wall with bracket component as required.

Providing & fixing a set of 9.5 Liter capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour and written with white paint 'Fire' and mounted on MS angle iron frame duly painted with bracket of appropriate size and capacity including filling white sand complete as required. (Fire bucket - 3 nos per set).

Supply and fixing of safety instruction chart (in word) duly framed with 5mm thick glass complete as required. (Approx Front area 1.20 sq.mt.) - Safety Chart.

Providing & fixing of First Aid box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade / Indian red Cross conforming to IS 2217 - 1963 iv) First Aid box.

PPE Supply of Rubber hand gloves suitable for 11KV rated switchgears.(1 set shall comprise of two nos.).

Supply & fixing of glass framed shock treatment chart (A2 size) both in Hindi & English for treating person suffering due to electric shock mounted on wall hooks

Providing and fixing of H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm x 200mm, made of mild steel sheet at least 2 mm thick and vitreous enamelled white on both sides and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Providing and fixing of L.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm x 200mm, made of mild steel sheet at least 2 mm thick and vitreous enamelled white on both sides and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Sub Head - II - DG Sets. DG SET Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel Generator set along with having prime power rating of 125 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 Phase system & for 0.85 load factor and consisting of the following:

Supply of ceiling fans of approved makes of following size capacitor type complete with 60 cms. down rod canopies,hanging shackles, blades and speed regulator (electronic type) suitable for use on 220 / 240 volts 50 hz single phase AC supply confirming to ISS: 374/1979 with upto date amendments (Class - I) and provide with functional insulation including wiring the down rod with 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.1400 mm sweep.

Supply of wall mounting fans 400 mm sweeps, normal speed, Air delivery of 72 - 75 CMM complete with all accessories etc. as reqd.

Supply of 450 mm sweeps 1 phase, 900 rpm heavy duty exhaust fan complete with all accessories etc as reqd.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5 / 6 amps modular socket outlet and 5 / 6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supplying & fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as reqd.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling / wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm. dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting flood light fixture / street light fitting on GI pipe bracket including bending the pipe to the required shape, 40 mm. X 3 mm. flat iron clamps and wiring with 1.5 sq. mm. FR PVC wire and painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Fabrication, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of weather proof junction box made up of 2 mm. thick MS sheet with two coats of redoxide paint and two coats of finished paint consisting of 20 A connector terminal with 6 A protection MCB with rubber gasket, gland plate, shade at one side interconnection complete as required.

Installation,testing and commissioning of ceiling fan / wall fan including wiring the down rod of standard length (30 cm) with 1.5 sq mm., FR PVC insulated, copper conductor,multi stranded single core cable.etc. as reqd. including numbering with paint.

Installation of exhaust fan upto 450 mm sweep in the existing opening including making the hole to suit the size to the size of the above fan, making good the damages, connections with 3C x 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed multi stranded cable,earthing the body with bare copper conductor,testing, commissioning etc.as reqd alongwith supply and fixing louvers / shutters complete with frame etc.as reqd.including numbering with paint.

Supplying and fixing following ways surface / recess mounting, vertical type , 415 V, TP&N MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust procted, duly powder painted inclusive of 200 A, tinned copper busbar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer & RCCB) as required. - 8 way, Double door.

Supplying & fixing 5 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 240 / 415 volts, 10 kA, C curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing & commissioning etc. as reqd. - Single Pole.

Supplying & fixing 5 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 240 / 415 volts, 10 kA, C curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing & commissioning etc. as reqd. - Triple Pole.

Supplying and Fixing following rating miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required - 63 amps, 4 pole RCCB, 100 mA

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as requd.. - 63 Amps.

Supply of following size XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured electric cables with al.cond. for working voltage 1100 voltsto IS :7098 (part-1). 3.5 core 35 sq. mm.

Laying & fixing of one number XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sq mm.on surface as reqrd.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 3.5 core 35 sq. mm.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia. including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. without charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia. GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI nut, bolt, spring washer, excavation and refilling etc. as reqd.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as reqd.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of minimum 80 ltr. storage complete stainless steel body, water cooler cum purifier with 20" iron remover having min. 60 ltr. cooling capacity and min. 80 ltr. storage capacity, water outlet 60 ltr. per hour, refrigerant used R-22, compressor, storage tank material SS304 or better, Body material SS304 complete, number of water outlet minimum two-1No. for cold water & 1No. for normal water, operating supply 230V+/- 10% AC,50Hz. The equipment should have fault indication, visual controls (LEDs), water flow switch, UV autoshut off,etc. as required.

Sub - Head - IV - Fire Detection & Alarm System. SITC of 32 bit microprocessor based 100% Hot Redundant TCP / IP Networkable, interface for repeater panel connection, Intelligent 2 loop expandable to 6 loop Addressable Fire Alarm Control panel with battery back up of 24 hrs. The panel shall be consisting with 240 character LCD display. Panel should be able to record atleast 60000 events history. Each loop should be capable to have atleast 250 addressable detector and addressable devices in any combination and should have approval of Vds / LPCB / UL / FM. The panel must have necessary MODBUS hardware and software for third party integration with SCADA etc.

SITC of addressable type multisensor detector with base for use as heat or smoke or combined as per IS2189 both with automatic electronic addressing microprocessor type and must have integrated short circuit isolator. The detector shall have IP44 proctection catagory & ambient temperature - 20 Deg.C to + 60 Deg C and should have approval of Vds / LPCB / UL / FM.

SITC of addressable manual call point which is used for manually trigger a fire alarm suitable for interconnecting to the loop technology directly. This must have inbuilt short circuit isolator,(incase short circuit isolator is not inbuilt, the price of this item shall be inclusive of an independent short-circuit isolator along with each MCP).
