SOIL INVESTIGATION

Mobilization and demobilization of drilling rigs, men, equipment including shifting of rigs from bore hole to bore hole, preparation of approaches and access paths as a total package etc complete for 2 bore holes.

Making 100mm dia Or NX size dia bore in any soil strata up to 20m depth and collecting/conducting SPT/UDS/Rock core (Which ever applicable) at the depths of 1m, 2m, 3m, 4.5m, 6m, 8m & 10.5m.12m,13.5m, 15m, 16.5m, 18m and 20m etc as per site condition (for 2 No. borehole).

i) In Clay / BC Soil / Sand / SDR

ii) In Hard rock

Carrying out various laboratory tests of SPT/UDS/DS samples at alternate depths (Which ever applicable). (i) Sieve analysis, Atterberg’s limit, FMC, Bulk density, Specific gravity, Free Swell Index , Shear test for cohesion & angle of shearing resistance test . Preparation of rock samples and conducting of the following tests : i) Bulk density, Water absorption and Compression strength.

Submitting of sub-soil investigation report in triplicate giving site plan showing test points, sub soil profile, results of field investigations, laboratory test results, calculation of safe bearing capacity from SPT, recommendations & precaution regarding type of foundations.

ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE TEST : Conducting electrical conductivity test at 2 (Two) locations & submisson of report. The survey will be got done by reputed & specified agency as approved by Department agency only.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES SHOULD BE QUOTED IN Percentage %

Building including internal services : Consultancy Services for detailed planning, designing and detailed engineering including preparation of detailed architectural, structural and service drawings etc., for the proposed buildings/ structure including internal services as per detailed scope of work given in Para-2.1(a) including proof checking for structural design from third party.

Consultancy Services for detailed planning, designing and detailed engineering for special items of work all as per the detailed scope of work given in Para-2.1(b).
