Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing coarse clean local SAND IN FILLING in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layer not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and 1.5 M lifts including cost of all materials, labours, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of Engineer In charge (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6

Providing designation 100 A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9"x4.5"x3") in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved uality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 100 A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9"x4.5"x3") in C.M. (1:3) in superstrure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Supplying GI pipe 32 mm dia for making roof truss frame

Labour for fabricating, erecting, hoistion and fixing in position structrral steel work in R.S. Joist, channel, Angle, Tee, flat, plate, latice member, built up compound section in column, girder, stair case, or truss including cost of gusset plates, holding down bolts, anchor plates at all heights and depths, bolting, welding ( machining wherever necessary) with applying a priming coat of red lead paint all complete as per approved drawing, building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing average 150mm thick dry rammed khoa beaten to112mm.(compacted with water) made of well burnt or jhama bricks including ramming properly till compacted thckness is achieved, curing and carriage of water with all leads,making proper slope and blending the top with cement morter (1:10) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I
