Providing and laying vitrified floor/wall tiles in different sizes with water absorption not less than 0.08% and confirming to IS15622 of approved make and color, laying tiles with 3mm spacers in tiles, joints with matching pigments at suitable size tiles 600x600mm/600x1200mm (Make NITCO/Somani/Cera/Simpolo) etc complete . Laying on maximum 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 over the existing floor after cleaning and repairs if needed (1 cement 4 sand) watering curing etc .complete.
