Supply and installation, testing and commissioning AC, 3 phase, 50 HZ, 400 KVA capacity transformer copper wounded step-down outdoor type 11000/433 Volts (at no load) double wound oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary side(HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DY-11(Vector Group with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at +/- 2.5%, +/-5.0% and +/- 7.5% to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear. The maximum centigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree centigrade and the transformer shall be confirming to IS-1180 2014 level-2 BIS mark and comprising with the following standard fitting/accessories. (a) Three nos porcelain bushing with arching horn on HV side suitable for 11KV complete with bushing copper rods, nuts and washer. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four No's porcelain with copper bushing rods complete with nuts and washers with one No cable glands suitable for reception of taking out 01 No 3.5 core, LT 1100 Volts grade, PVC sheathed and PVC insulated heavy duty armoured cable including gland joint and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100mm dia type thermometer vapour pressure type having range (0-120) degree clesius with metal guard having maximum temperature indication with resisting device for transformer. (h) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate of 32x6mm GI earth strip. (j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (k) Oil level gauge. (l) Oil drain filter valve. (m) Lifting lugs. (n) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete. (o) Air release valve/Plug. (p) Four No's plain soild cast steel detachable rollers. (q) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box providing independent earthing for neutral. (r) First fill of fresh transformer oil confirming to relevant IS tested not less than 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm gap.

Fabricating & supplying for complete trolley with flat top platform for mounting of transformer of capacity 400 KVA. The size of platform should be 3.25mtr x 2.75mtr, frame made out of structural steel MS channel 125mm x 65mm, 75mm x 40mm and angle iron 40mm x40mm x 5mm size welded with tarpaulin rope mounting hook and chequered plate 6mm thick for platform mounted on 4 wheel of size 75cmx16 ply tyres of Make: CEAT/MRF and equivalent with rims mounted on 2 No wheel axles of square bar of size 65mm X 65 mm suitable for accomodating load of trolly and 400 KVA with wheel rotation arrangement with cushioning arrangement by leaf springs and shockers between platform and axle having mud guard on four wheels with reflector, with jack arrangements of four nos 5 tonne capacity vertical jacks fixed on trolly of suitable trawler to have 80mm clearance for tyres from ground level for idle period for lifting of trolly to avoid wheel/tyres damage complete with following arrangements with suitable turning radius not less 45 degree. MS jalli XPM of MS wire 2mm dia around platform on angle iron frame of size 40x40x5mm, opening arrangement from both side with locking arrangement for loading and unloading transformer including mechanical hand break, welding, bending and drilling holes, spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer over all surface earth lead 35 Sqmm copper cable fixed with copper thimble 15 Rm each 6 nos, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- GE shall ensure the size of trolly, suitable to the make/brand of transformer which may be approved subsequently as per CA provision. The rate for such change shall be inclusive of quoted rates and no deviation shall be allowed). Drawing of the trolley shall be got approved by GE before fabrication.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, heavy duty 11000 volts grade, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables flat or circular with stranded aluminium conductor of 3 core 95 Sqmm size served laid in trenches, duct, through pipe line in floor, on pole including jointing and testing, complete all as specified.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F XLPE insulated, armoured,1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable of size 400 Sqmm nominal cross section, 3.5 core, flat or circular, PVC FRLS insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of galvanized steel wire or tape and over-all PVC FRLS sheathed in service connections, laid in trenches, duct, through pipe, in floor, on pole including jointing and testing, complete all as specified .
