Removal and Reassembling of Cardon shaft.

Removal and Reassembling of pump coupling.

Dismantling and Reassembling of 2/2 assembly.

Dismantling of Pump Cover, impeller, Replacement of damaged shaft sleeves with new sleeves and Reassembling of Pump Cover, impeller.

Servicing of carden shaft of CWP under the supervision of M/s KBL

To&Fro transportation from SDSTPS for one no Impeller of CWP along with shaft,sleeves.etc for removing of impeller from the shaft at workshop at outside

Rebabbiting of Journal/Guide Bearing of CW Pump including material & Transportation

Reconditioning of thrust collar assembly of CW Pump including material & Transportation

Refixing of new SS bolts(duplex) to existing 2/2 bearing assembly at workshop including To& Fro transportation from Nellore to workshop

ESTIMATED CONTRACT VALUE (ECV)

Note: The Contractor shall quote the rates excluding statutory obligations such as EPF, ESI, Goods & Service Tax. Quoting the rates inclusive of EPF, ESI, GST by the tenderer, the tender is liable for rejection even he becomes L1.

The statutory obligations such as EPF, ESI, Goods& Service Tax will be reimbursed on production of proper documentary evidence provided the amount claimed will be restricted to the provision made in the agreement or actuals whichever is lesser.
