REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE AND CALIBRATION OF RMUs/VCBs WITH REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE HT UG CABLE WITH CONNECTED WORK AT AF STN NALIYA UNDER GE (AF) NALIYA

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Old serviceable PCC/RCC cable covers will be taken out for relaying and paid under separate items.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where, directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for river bed fine sand in trenches/ ducts 15 cm under cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed at site. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying in repair factory made precast unreinforced concrete cable covers Class HV, type 1 flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm for HT cable all as specified.

Relaying old retrieved precast concrete cable covers vide item above Class HV, type 1 flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm for HT cable all as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable HT/LT cable of any size any type from trench/poles etc and keeping aside for segregation of serviceability. Serviceable cable will be re-laid at same place or other place as required complete as directed.

S & F HT 11 KV 3 core 95 Sqmm cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (HT), heavy duty with aluminum conductor, all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand cushioning & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required

All as per item No.8 above but of size 3 core 185 sqmm

Relaying the serviceable HT 11 KV 3 core 95/120 sqmm of size cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (HT), all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Excavation, earth work, cable joints, sand cushioning & cable cover will be measured and paid separately.
