Supplying ,Laying , jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT aluminum conductor cable 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard/dense soil for laying of cable/ GI pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance outside MD land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note :- Only compacted thickness of sand will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for laying sub class 'B' brick in trenches as cable protection covers across the length of the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning CPRI approved weather and vermin proof LT Panel box factory fabricated out door cubicle type (KIOSK type ) of size 1.2m x 1.0m x 0.5m , front and back openable , air vent , totally enclosed outer cage made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal and inner compartments of 2.0 mm thick sheet metal enclosure with angle iron frame of M.S. angle 65x65x6 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 HZ system, with hinged panel doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement with pad lock consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber /wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc, inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly powder coated internally/ externally of approved colour with PCC foundation and civil work and copper bus bar for 3 phase & neutral mounted on epoxy insulator-01 Set including sleeves as per colour coading and connecting the following :- (Near GOD of Sec Hosp)

Transportation of Monoblock /Centrifugal/ Horizontal submersible pump set 5 HP to 12.5 HP, AC, Single/three phase, 220/440 V from pump house at any location/Yard in Cantt area contractor's workshop, dismantling for carrying out necessary repais / renewal of parts of pump and depositing the same after repair, reassembling complete all as specified. Note:- (i) New spares/parts shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate items listed here-in-after. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed included of transporting, repair, overhauling and replacement of spares complete.

Removing of Monoblock pump Set from its existing position and re-fixing of repaired pump set including replacement of worn out nuts & bolts and supply and fixed nuts, bolts and electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of old painted surfaces of pump set and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over a coat of metal primer (hammer tone finish) all as specified. Note:- Painting shall be done by spray machine.

Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing of inverter type split air conditioning unit 1.5 Ton indoor/ outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, high ambient cooling, adjustable mode and stabiliser free operation with indbuilt with BEE 5 star rating inverter type with CFC refrigerant 1.5 tonne capacity complete and comprising of the following :- (a) Refrigerant copper pipe of suction and discharge line with insulation over pipe, condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safty valves & safety accessories including complete wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with fixing of suitable size of copper cable. (b) Fixing outdoor unit at suitable place and supply of bracket of 2 Nos for holding outdoor unit and make odd the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface after pluging the holes complete all as specified and directed

S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB complete all asspecified

Sub main wiring (PVC casing capping ) with two single core 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade cables with stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in PVC casing capping including one single core 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dully complete and making good the disturbed surface in and including taking down old unservicable sub main wiring , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) 2 run of 4 Sqmm ,1 run of PVC Casing capping & 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable will be measured as single run. (ii) Extra length of cables/wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and paid separetly the rate quoted by contractor per unit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
