Providing new thermal insulation (hot) to equipments, pipelines after removal of old / damaged insulation in as instructed by Engineer-in-charge. The scope of work include but not limited to supply Labour and Supervision, transportation of materials insulation mattress aluminium laggings etc to work site from store, preparation of mattresses/rope or asbestos rope to prescribed thickness and densities application on surface as specified including all preparatory work thereon, all binding, tying lacing and stitching and or otherwise securing finishing with aluminium sheet cladding, screws wherever specified providing necessary scaffolding and completing the works in all respects at all heights as per drawing specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
Removing the existing thermal insulation (hot) from equipments, pipelines and refixing back the hot insulation using the same removed materials like aluminium sheets, asbestos rope etc. and with new mattresses as per the scope of work and instructions from engineer-in-charge.
Wrapping and coating on the pipelines as per the scope of work and instructions from Engineer-in-charge.
Providing cold insulation on pipe lines and equipments using puff/ thermocol supplied by HOCL and supply and providing suitable concrete lining ( supply of cement material is includes in the scope of contractor) using GI mesh or by aluminium cladding material provided by hocl as per the instructions from engineer-in-charge. The aluminium sheet ,mesh, thermocol and puff shall be in market available size, shape only.
Providing insulation using different sizes of pipe sections supplied by HOCL on pipe lines and finishing with AL sheet as per the scope of work and instructions from engineer-in-charge.
Fabrication and erection of rain hood with aluminium sheet supplied by HOCL as per the instructions from Engineer-in-charge
