Manual cleaning / Moping / Degreasing.Removal of loose water / oil /sand / sludge and cleaning.Degreasing has to be undertaken using Labolene from M/s Glaxo
Fresh water hydro jetting.High pressure fresh water jetting of all structures to eliminate dust / salt contamination.Fresh water jetting to 300 bar pressure
Mechanical chipping.Removal of scale and old paint by using mechanical tools, LP Air by Contractor.All surfaces to be chipped to bare metal. (Intact primer may be left over)
Power tooling to ST 3 std and primer application.ST 3 Std & primer application.ISO 8501
Grit blasting to SA 2.5 std. using chilled cast iron grit with technical window.SA 2.5 std using chilled cast iron grit with technical window with LP air by Contractor.SA 2.5 to Swedish standard SIS SS 05 5900-1967/ISO 8501-1:2007 with chilled cast iron grit of size G-17 to G-39

Anti corrosive / Brush (per coat).Epoxy paint application by brush / rollers. Nylon Brush / rollers to be provided by contractor..DFT as per paint scheme / QIS
Solvent free epoxy paint application by brush (per coat).Solvent free epoxy paint application by using brush. Nylon Brush / rollers to be provided by contractor. Digital weighing machine & paint measuring instruments to be provided by the contractor.DFT as per paint scheme / QIS
Staging.Erection & removal- (Material provided by the contractor).Staging erected should be rigid to sustain required load.
