Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black or equivalent

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Marble work

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete

Supplying & placing TMT steel (TATA/SAIL/VIZAG) reinforcement of approved 1st quality in position for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, fixing and binding with approved 1st quality binding wire as per drawings & as directed including cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineerin-Charge. (80mm thick Cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern).

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels with all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding, dismantling and stacking within 50 metres, as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost all materials, labours, safety belt, Boosam chair/ Jhoola, ropes, Tools, Plants and Providing & Fixing net for safety around area of VTS Tower, lifting &shifting of hiegh rise tower all other charges etc.complete

Providing & Fixing Structural steel (Angle size75mmx75mmx6mm) welded in built up section/framed work ( round, Squre, Rectangular, Channel, ISMB section) truses etc, including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat, as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost all materials, labours, safety belt, Boosam chair/ Jhoola, ropes, Tools, Plants and Providing & Fixing net for safety around area of 12Mtr height of OH Tank, lifting &shifting of high rise tank all other charges etc.complete.
