Providing concrete for plain concrete (M15 Design Mix) using 275 Kgs Cement,20 mm, 10mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH

Plastering CM (1:4) 12 mm thick including cost and convayence of all materials and labour chrgs mixing laying tamping watering etc,.complete as per the directions of departmental authorities.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. Supply of 25mm thick high performance expansion joint filler board (SILFLEXCAPCELLHD-100 or equivalent make),placing the same 25mm below top of pavement slab sealing with bituminous hot sealing compound (Grade-A-ISI) polysulphudiet 50mm interval in CC.Pavement incl.cost and conveyance of all materials but excl.labour charges for placing in position,for expansion joints confirmig to MORTH Specification 602-1Rmt of joint length
