STP PLANT (HAMSWORTHY MODEL: SUPER TRIDENT ST-15): (1 LS) Scope of work: Overhauling of Sewage treatment plant and its attachments including line valves to be carried out as per the following SoW to the satisfaction of SS & HSL. All required Spares and Consumables are to Procure, Supply and Fitment is included in Contractor's Scope. Finally, Satisfactory Operational trials to be shown to ship staff and surveyor.

STP PLANT (HAMSWORTHY MODEL: SUPER TRIDENT ST-15): (1 LS): To Overhaul entire sewage treatment plant. Plant to be flushed, to be opened after through ventilation. Removal of sludge, oil oily water mud muck, grey matter etc., Overhauling of all inlet, outlet and other valves of STP unit. Renew defective pipes and outside of plant. All chambers of plant to be thoroughly cleaned and to be shown to surveyor. Tank internal connection to be checked & renewed if required. Diffuser to be checked and diffuser elements to be renewed. Wasted and rusted steel to be renewed, carryout coating of inside chambers after repairs and survey inspection. Renew air supply lines. Overhaul both transfer pumps along with motors. Overhaul both air blowers along with motors. Return line pipe with fittings to be renewed. Skimmer tray fitting area to be checked and renew if required. Chlorinator tank area to be checked and repair if required. Hatch covers and studs to be checked & renew if required. Settling tank to be checked and replace damaged area. Aeration tank to be cleaned and checked for any defect to rectify. UT Gauging of STP plant plates to be carried out. STP air vent is choked same to be cleared. Grating in settling tank to be renew. By pass line valves 03 Nos. to Overhaul. All alarms and cut outs to be checked. STP lines gate valves seat and valves not holding as sludge accumulated, valves to be replaced with new duty ball cock valves with detachable long handle for operation. Operational trail to be shown to the surveyor. STP starter panel to be serviced, defective indication lamps/components to be replaced. Following spares to be supplied for stock on board. a)Float switch – 01NO. b)Chlorine tablets –10kgs c)Bio mass.
