Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specificallly provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken portion of WC/toilet/bath complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) laid on sunken floor in adequate slope complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on sunken surface with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instruction and make surface to receive water proofing treatment, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separetaly as under relevant item.

Material & labour for preparing, clean and dried plastered sunken surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/ mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous filler/ primer @ 250 gm/sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 through approved applicator all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for non skid coloured cermaic tiles 7 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc.. set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) as sub base of the floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles,laid over 15 thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified and dircted.

Material & labour for vetrified coloured/light shade ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished , area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white /coloured cement over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for glazed, coloured ceramic tiles of size 350 x 250mm x 7mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/block work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for pre cast cement concrete block masonary with solid block of cement concrete 1:5:8 exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, flooring and like in 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding polishing rounding to edges complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Single piece of stone on steps shall be provided.

Material & labour for machine cut kota stone slab in patch work 18-25 mm thick over cement screed base 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of slab including grinding polishing complete all as including grinding polishing rounding to edges complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Single piece of stone on steps shall be provided.

Material & labour for machine cut kota stone slab in patch work 18-20 mm thick in riser or steps,skirting dado and pillar over cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of slab including grinding polishing rounding to edgescomplete all as specified and directed. Note :- Single piece of stone on steps shall be provided.

Supply & fix in repairs, 40mm bore low density polythene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/sqcm fixed to walls, ceilling or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs, vitreous china squatting pan "orissa" pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to flushing pipe, ''P'' trap set in and including concrete and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs, vitreous china, semi-pedestal pattern ( Anglo- Indian type), white (excluding fixing bolts flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, pedestal pan and trap including connection to drain, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs, vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe), including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for removal of old PVC/Cast floor trap including wall crossinf pipe ad fixing new outlet pipe 75mm dia PVC(SWR) with stainless steel grating and new wall cross filling with PCC 1:2:4 with water proofing compound including matchng with exising tiles and jointed with outer pipe with solution and connected ti near pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix unplasticised PVC pipes with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 15 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix unplasticised PVC pipes with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 25 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 25mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.
