Material and labour for taking out window type Air conditioner 1.0/1.5/2.0Ton capacity of any make from its original location, removing the dust from body with blower, cleaning the condenser and cooling coil by using water and caustic soda, painting the base tray with one coat of black enamel paint checking all the connections including functioning of metal clad socket/ DP switch function of relay capacitors overload protector thermostat fan motor blade fan blower drum etc. oiling/ greasing of fan motor checking serviceability and refixing it in its original place including testing commissioning for 1.0/1.5/2.0 Ton of AC of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out split type Air conditioner 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of any make from its original location, removing the dust from body with blower, cleaning the condenser and cooling coil by using water and caustic soda, painting the base tray with one coat of black enamel paint checking all the connections including functioning of metal clad socket/ DP switch function of relay capacitors overload protector thermostat fan motor blade fan blower drum etc. oiling/ greasing of fan motor checking serviceability and refixing it in its original place including testing commissioning for 1.0/1.5/2.0 Ton of AC of any make complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos 10 & 11 :Refrigerant gas will be measured & paid separately.

Cutting out existing wall / window grills / existing window frame for making suitable space to accommodate window type AC making frame with 2nd class hard wood piece of min of 50 x 50 mm size & up to 60 cm height for fixing of outer cover of AC & supporting structure made out 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm thick MS angle iron duly grouted in wall & closing the open space around ACs with the help of 6 mm thick ply wood exterior grade to close air leakage tightening with woolen felt (green felt) and painting to wooden structure matching to interiors as directed & steel structure with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic black enamelled paint and fixing only window type AC all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including complete connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 11.00 above but shifting of AC from existing location to new location including making good of old location complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down Corroded body base tray etc of window type air conditioners and replacement of body base tray etc out of 18 SWG and other portion with MS sheet 20 SWG including motor mounting frame nuts and bolts suitable size painting and necessary insulation complete for 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 Ton capacity Air conditioner complete all as specified and directed. (Note : For dismantling compressor for body work and reassembling and gas charging as per site requirement shall be inclusive in quoted rate)

M & L for Overhauling of ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt / washer, rubber real bush MS Nut bolts with split pin and rubber bush , canopy and reassembling the fan complete after one coat of white eneamel paint and hanging on its original / new position as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- MS nut bolts with spilt pin, Ball bearing and Gun metal bush will be paid and measured seperately.

Supply only Ball bearing suitable for size of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm size fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour opening the body cover of fan any type and make and cutting the existing worn out winding with out damaging the stator removing the coil insulation and putting new insulation of polyster paper, winding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxillary and main winding and varnishing and backing, soldering new lead of copper wire testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) A work shop for rewinding and repair to fans shall be established in the premises given by AGE E/M. The rewinding of fans be cut & rewinded in the presence of JE E/M. All the fans to be repaired after taking down shall be repaired in the same premises. (ii) Contractor have to make the arrangement for testing of Rewinded fan upto 24 hrs in case of failure to above said testing a penalty of Rs 200/- per fan is deducted from contractors due and rewinding of fan stands rejected.

Supply and fixing of flexible wire of size 16 / 0.20,0.5 Sqmm 3 core for ceiling fan connection including taking down the old unserviceable wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Taking down and refixing at site Exhaust fan of 300/230/250mm sweep including opening of fans and cutting down burnt winding, and re-winding with new super enameled copper winding of same gauge as per existing winding, varnishing, drying, replacement of condenser, ball bearing etc and re-assembling the same including necessary transportation etc complete for all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fan blade 300 mm sweep rust proof 4 number of blades of compatible make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fan blade 230 mm sweep rust proof 4 number of blades of compatible make complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/down water heater of any type and capacity at different units and servicing of the same incl cleaning heating element, water pipe, checking of electrical connections, and checking of NRV , safety valve/air release valve etc and refixing of the same after servicing , connecting with inlet and out let water connection and electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only PVC insulated copper conductor 3 core flexible cable of size 40 / 0.0076 and its connection complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the geyser 25 / 50 liter capacity and taking out inner tank and glass wool from inside the geyser for descaling and washing with acid to remove the scale, dirt etc if any and re-fixing the same after re-assemble into the geyser and proper filling of glass wool around inner tank complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Glass wool will be paid separately under respective item of Sch "A" as 'supply only'.
