UNDER GROUND PIPING: Supplying, laying, testing, and commissioning of Class 'C' heavy-duty GI Pipes conforming to IS 1239 and IS 3589, including fittings such as elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts (galvanized), gaskets, etc. The cost shall include cutting, welding, and fixing in/on walls and ceilings using suitable supports, clamps, anchor fasteners, and MS angle supports as per site conditions. The installation of pipes shall be carried out as per IS 15105 and IS 9668. The quoted rate shall include the cost of chasing and chipping walls, creating bores or core cuts in walls, slabs, and beams, and finishing with filler material and cement mortar, wherever necessary. The installation shall include anti-corrosive treatment by coating with bituminous primer and wrapping a 4mm thick polymer corrosion-resistant tape with preheating and winding without air pockets as per IS 10221, with a 15mm overlap as per specifications. Evaluation and acceptance criteria shall follow API 1104 and ASME B31.3. Detailed RT reports shall be provided, including interpretation results. Defective welds shall be repaired and re-examined as required
