Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n.exc 0.50 cu.m getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete.

Supply and fixing Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Supply and fixing PVC coated Chain link fencing of mesh size 100x100mm , diameter of wire not less than 3.4mm and weight not less than 1.43Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing of MS galvanized mess complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires ,any mess ,size and type fixed to any type of standards ,rails,straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel flat iron (for securing wire mesh) bolt embedded in concrete including drilling bolts matching for wire including all necessary work and steel confirming to FE-410-0 or FE-310-0.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of steel and providing 2 coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat primer n.exc 10cm in girth

Material and labour for MS bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooking endss and binding with MS wire 0.9 mm dia annealed all as specified confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165).

Material and labour for Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, ach screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and n exc 10cm long

Material and labour for galvenised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc as directed.

Preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down barbed wire any specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Roof trusses (framed) trusses purlins and fastening (etc.,angle, channel,tubular section,round pipe) or flat section including distance pieces, MS plates/ gusset plates, cleats, hold fast etc. conforming to Gde of steel Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A/C or steel sheeting, any guage of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S &F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with L or J hooks all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A/C or steel sheeting, any guage of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S &F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in ridge etc fixed with L or J hooks all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mmx 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed

Material and labour for 60 mm thick, machine made ,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles , of triangular / Zigzag / Haxagone/ I , in shape or shap and designe as approved, with grey cement and pigment , having crushing strength not less than 300 Kg / Sqcm and conforming to IS specifications , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate),75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as 75mm thick finished fair all as speificed

Material and labour for Sand Filling a layer of 25mm thick sand cushioning including filling the joints with sand as in floors/ paths including watering and consolidation

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr depth for foundation etc n.exe 10sqm on plan in and getting out in hard dense soil.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete, levelling course etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer nexc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated material soil n.exc. 500m and depositing where as directed

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls, finished even & smooth without unsing extra cement

Material and labour for for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vitrified paver color tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick,moulded set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment ,in floors ,over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for precast cement concrete louvers/jallies,jafri wall of 35mm thick measured solid including moulding and fixing of any type all as specified and directed

Taking out existing old kerb stones and Material and labour for factory made precast machine pressed kerd stones of PCC grade M-15 design mix and of shape and size rected, set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal of dispodal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Sizes shall be as under :- Length (L) not less than 300mm, Height (H) 300mm to 350mm, Thickness (T) 100mm and radius (R) 75mm including painting on kerb stone of synthetic enamel paint yellow or white colour.
