INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix energy efficient 10 Watts B-22 bore LED lamp working at 230 Volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested (design verified as per IS/ IEC-61439-1&2 by CPRI approved manufacturers) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS channel frame, 7 tank process, duly powder coated finish, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, front and back side opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work includes provision of the following:- Incoming:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 25 KA, 415V - 01 No (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 200 Amp - 4 Nos (c) Digital panel meter (Amp Voltage meter) including CTs - 01 No (d) Digital indication lamp set - 01 Set (e) Slot for electronic energy meter - 13 Nos Outgoing:- (i) MCB SPN 40 Amp 415 V 50 Hz-13 Nos Note:- Contractor shall submit LT panel drawing for approval of GE before procurement.

Supply and fix RCCB, 2 pole SPN, as per IS 12640-1, IEC 61008-1 with rated sensitivity of 32A, 30mA for protection against earth leakage current for domestic use to fix in MCB DB complete along with necessary accesories including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED light fitting with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 Watt, 220 V AC decorative type with driver and LED lamp 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency corresponding to five star BEE rating published for year of installation, pf 0.8, colour rendering index not less than 70%, IP20 complete with all accessories internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable tray perforated aluminium pre-galvanised fixing, passing through vertical wall, chiseling, cutting on vertical/ horizontal wall including making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and dircected.

Supply and fix ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1400 mm sweep, min air delivery 245 CFM, normal ceiling fan five star rating and connecting up to and including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to connector block complete all as specified and as directed.

ROAD/ PATH/ HARDSTANDING/ CULVERT

Material and labour for 300 mm dia RCC NP3 hume pipe culvert with parapet wall on both sides of 5.50 mtr wide road complete all as specified and directed

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, in PCC (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggegates, with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of 5.50 metre metal road for laying of pipe and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and lay ductile iron pipes K7 grade of 100 mm bore in trenches/ floors/ pillar and connecting in old or new position including fittings like socket/ union/ tee/ reducer/ nipple etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay ductile iron pipes K7 grade of 80 mm bore in trenches/ floors/ pillar and connecting in old or new position including fittings like socket/ union/ tee/ reducer/ nipple etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber, with inner dimensions 1050mm x 750 mm x 1000 mm (L x B x D) inn PCC 1:3:6 block masonry built in cement mortar 1:4 with MS cover 3 mm thick and 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron framework with locking arrangements including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, PCC/ bed coping in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of existing CI/ DI distribution main 150 mm bore pipe, in position, for insertion of 01 No. tee of suitable size (150 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm) all ends flanged including all necessary fittings such as union, socket etc. and jointing with rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for shifting of existing 250 kVA transformer mounted on four pole structure in S/S No.-29 with removing all existing connections, nut, bolt etc. carefully without any damage with the help of hydra machine and placing the transformer on suitable PCC foundation of height not less than 1 meter and strenghth suitable for existing 250 kVA tranformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix street light bracket made with GI steel tubing light grade 50 mm dia 1.5 metre length and bent to shape at factory of offset angle upto 110 degree for fixing LED street light fittings including preparing the surface of steel tubing and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for loop in loop out box of FRP made with IP-65 protection of thermoplastic circuit breaker boxes with metric knockouts for cable entry and exit. Combi climate cable glands of IP-66/IP-67 for cable entry and grommets IP-65 for conduit for cable exit with MCB 6 Amps, 10 KA, C curbe over load and short circuit protection, terminals as bus terminals for cable with necessary fixing arrangements and with cable glands etc all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix cable junction box, IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry with connector of size 200 x 1600 x 98 mm including making connections complete all as specified and directed. Make: Hensal or equivalent as approved.

Material and labour for cutting the existing road hard standing surface to a depth of 70 mm and 50 mm width and getitng out for laying underground pipe including returning filling in, watering, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil and filling the top 15 cm thick with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement including depsread of stockpiles soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing PCC poles complete including dismantling of overhead aluminium conductor LT supply lines, cross arms, insulators, stay assembly, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolished PCC poles, Overhead LT lines, cross arms, insulators etc., will be given to contractor as schedule of credit

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

Supply, erection and installation of structural steel including 8mm thick MS plate, ISMC, ISA, M14, 110 long anchor fasteners with one coat of red lead primer and two coats of black paint complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of Electric Terrace Fire control panel metal clad cubical type suitable for 415 Volt AC three phase 4 wire 50 Hz supply system. The panel should be suitable for automatic operation for the fire pump as per the specified parameter. The panel shall be completely compartmentalised and complete with relays, contactors, starters, copper bus bar 100 Amps rating, designation lables as per requirement, continuous earth bar, panel separators, protective screens, cable clamping supports system, panel lamps, top/ bottom cable gland plate for incoming and outgoing cable entries complete consisting of the following: Incoming (a) MCCB 3 Pole 40 A, 16 KA- 1 No incoming (b) Automatic/ manual switch and control wiring for automatic operation of main fire pump sets- 01 (c) Digital Ammeter with CTs 100 Amps (c) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 volts (e) Indicating lamp- 3 Nos Outgoing (a) MCCB 3 Pole 32 Amp 16 KA- 01 No (b) MCCB of 3 Pole 32 Amp, 16KA- 01 No

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguisher capacity 4.5 kg conforming to IS 15683, with ISI marked/ TAC approved fitted with required accessories including wall suspension brackets, PESCO/ CCOE approved cylinder body and confirms to IS:7285, High grade Enamel painted externally with PO Red finish, wheel operated controllable discharge high pressure brass valve confirming to IS: 3224 which is provided with pressure relief dischargeable and easy to service, non conductive agent for electrical use without risk to operator, CO2 gas disappears quickly leaving no residue applicable on class B & C and electrically started fire, B rating 21B started fire, A rating 3A, Rating 21B safety pin of SS material, sheet metal thickness:1.0 mm, Helium leak detection tested ISI approved IS 15683:2006 with 5 years warranty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ABC type fire Extinguisher capacity 6 kg filled with Mono Ammonium Phosphate powder 50% conforming to IS 14609, powder coated MS body stored Pressure type Discharge time 18 Sec, controllable discharge is 90%, applicable on class, A,B & C and electrically started fire, A rating -3A, Rating 21B, safety pin of SS material, sheet metal thickness 1.0 mm, helium leak detection tested ISI apporved IS 15683:2006 with 5 years warranty complete all as specified and directed.
