welding of 5 to 12 mm thick MS plate for repairs to Primary air ducts

Providing of seal plates for protection of expansion joints in Primary air ducts.

Repairs of damaged expansion joint pieces with new fabricated pieces including fabrication of new pieces and dismantling of existing pieces.

Arresting leaks and inspection by opening the manual doors, replacement of gaskests, repairing of doors if any, cleaning of ash, reassembling of doors of hot PA bus ducts, interconnecting venture ducts

Erection and dismantling of scuff holding required at critical areas for repair and welding works

Repairing / Replacement of worn out bracings in Hot PA ducts below 80NB

Reparing/Replacement of 80NB/100NB/130NB size worn out bracings in ducts

Removal and refixing of insulation include cladding aluminium sheet required for all repairs include scuff holding works

Regular cleaning and house keeping of ducts

ESTIMATED CONTRACT VALUE (ECV)

Note: The Contractor shall quote the rates excluding statutory obligations such as EPF, ESI, Goods & Service Tax. Quoting the rates inclusive of EPF, ESI, GST by the tenderer, the tender is liable for rejection even he becomes L1.

The statutory obligations such as EPF, ESI, Goods& Service Tax will be reimbursed on production of proper documentary evidence provided the amount claimed will be restricted to the provision made in the agreement or actuals whichever is lesser.
