Supply and Commissioning of Starter Panel on SCI Kundan

1. New control panels for 37KW motors has to be fabricated and to be supplied along with the IP55 protection and all the internal components of the panel has to be fitted as per the drawing along with the FRLS cables for internal wiring and colour coding/cable numbering practice to be followed for internal wiring. 2. All indication lamps used shall be of LED type displaying on the front side of the panel with slow/fast speed run and Ammeter, hour counter meter to be provided on the front side of the panel. 3. Circuit diagram plate made of aluminium to be provided inside the panel. 4. Suitable cable glands to be supplied for cable entry. 5. The new panel internal components i.e. Main contractor, Main switch, auxiliary contactor, overload relay, timer should be of SEIMENS / SCHNEIDER /ABB make and internal wiring to be carried out as per the provided drawing to meet the marine standards. 6. Cable entry should be from the bottom of the panel. 7. Epoxy powder coated finishing to be provided for the panels. 8. Control panels should be of IP 55 protected 9. All the doors has to be provided with door lock, rubber gasket all round and stoppers in the open positon.
