Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight, chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supply & fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hard wood 35mm glazed and skeleton shutter, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (with out sash bars)including middle stiles overall(top to bottom) , edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded,fitted with out and retired beads for securing glass etc size of membrane of shutter as specified in SSR part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a) and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made 35 mm thick plain framed, panelled shutter (two panned/single panel) with lock rail and middle style top to bottom and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The sizes of 2nd class hardwood rail and stiles as per IS 1003 (part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick flush door shutters, solid core commercial construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain col-our PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with printed sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube complete all as specified and directed.
