Supply of Manpower 2025-26

The intending bidder/firm/company should have satisfactorily completed similar works for Labour oriented Man Power Service of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender (Rs. 80.91 Lakh) during the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division. An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of the work done in previous years to bring it to the present price level (2025-26).

The intending bidder should furnish the Registration Certificate of labour license issued by the Labour Department with requisite validity.

Tenderer who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under. Assessed available tender capacity - (A*N*2.5 - B) Where, A - Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five Years (Updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed a well as works in progress) N - Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. B - Value, at FY in which the tenders are invited price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 60 Days (period of completion of the works for which Tender are invited)

Latest copy of Income Tax Returns filed. Financial Year 2024-25 (Assessment year 2025-26)

EPF Registration Certificate.

ESI Registration Certificate.

The bidder should have an annual financial turnover same as the amount put to tender of Rs. 161.82(with GST) Lakh in two financial years during the last five years (i.e,.2020-21 to 2024-25). Certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant mentioning UDIN No. should be enclosed (Additional weightage at 10% for each year shall be given for turn over to bring it to 2025-26)

Liquid assets and availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 48.54 Lakh (Credit lines/Letters of credit/Certificates from Nationalized Banks/Scheduled Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., (usually the equivalent estimate flow for 3 months to make advance payment to labour service). The contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the Banks.
