Assistance in carrying out miscellaneous routine works for preventive maintenance of different transmission lines under 220KV OandM Division, PTCUL, Haldwani

Assistance in routine preventive maintenance of following different transmissiion lines under 220KV O&M Division, Haldwani:- (i) 220KV Pantnagar-Haldwani S/C line (27.8 Kms) 82 Nos. 220KV S/C towers. (ii) 132KV Bazpur-Haldwani S/C line (35.5 Kms) 102 Nos. 132KV S/C towers. (iii) 132KV Pantnagar-Kathgodam S/C line (29.74 Kms) 95 Nos. 132KV S/C towers. (iv) 132KV Kamaluaganja-Kathgodam S/C line (8.5 Kms) 29 Nos. 132KV S/C towers. (v) 132KV Bhowali-Kathgodam S/C line (14.06 Kms) 47 Nos. 132KV S/C towers. The routine preventive maintenance of above mentioned lines by carrying out following activities:- (a) Regular patrolling of complete line every month, detection of defects of the line i.e. dislocation of jumpers, weak joints, condition of conductors earth wire, clamps, vibration dampers, towers parts etc and submissiion of patrolling report of line in prescribed performa every month. (b) Safe cutting and removal of tree/branches developed reserve gallery of line disposal of the same away from the gallery of line to suitable place. (i) Tress upto 20 cm grith (ii) Tress above 20 cm grith (c) Lopping-chopping of trees branches near by cutting, burning, removing of kuris, thorn bushes below the line and in forest area and disposal of same to a suitable place. (d) Checking of jumpers, their cones bolts/nuts, washers etc. and insulator clamps at all section tower and ensuring tightness of jumpers in above lines detected in hot spot scanning. (e) Replacing/repairing the defective parts/portion found during the checking of jumpers, cone, bolts,nuts, washers etc. and insulators clamps at all section towers. (f) General checking of tower and fabrication and fixing of missing tower parts on tower including nuts & bolts and its accessories etc. of above lines (excluding supply of tower parts) including transporation shifting etc. with completion of all respect. (g) Replacement of broken, damaged disc insulator as and when detected in tension fitting/suspension fitting of lines. Total operations on lines for 220KV S/s, Haldwani:- 250 Total operations on lines for 132KV S/s, Kathgodam:- 180 Total operations on lines for 132KV S/s, Bhowali:- 150 For lines at 220KV S/s, Haldwani 01 No. operation signifies deployment of 03 Nos. highly skilled and 02 Nos. skilled manpower for a period of 8 hours. For lines at 132KV S/s, Kathgodam 01 No. operation signifies deployment of 03 Nos. highly skilled and 01 No. skilled manpower for a period of 8 hours. For lines at 132KV S/s, Bhowali 01 No. operation signifies deployment of 03 Nos. highly skilled and 01 No. skilled manpower for a period of 8 hours.
