The unit shall comprise a Stage-1 Primary Filtration Vessel filled with a multi-grade sand/pulverized quartz media bed, a Stage-2 Adsorption Vessel filled with Granular Activated Carbon (GAC), and a Stage-3 Fine Microfiltration Housing Assembly fitted with modular Lego filters/polymeric elements rated at 5.0 microns or 3000 mesh. All pressure vessels must be vertically oriented, cylindrically shaped with dished ends, and constructed of Carbon Steel/Mild Steel with internal food-grade FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) lining for corrosion prevention, and coated externally with two coats of red-oxide/zinc primer followed by two coats of anti-corrosive epoxy paint. The entire assembly must include a chemical coagulant dosing system, an online auto-monitoring chlorine doser for post-disinfection, a high-efficiency centrifugal feed pump set with a digital starter/control panel, interconnected Stainless Steel (SS304/316) internal piping, visual dial pressure gauges, sampling valves, outside ladders, and backwash/reverse wash drain arrangements. Including 24 Mtrs of MS/GI Pipe for Inlet, Outlet, Backwash Arrangements. The final treated water must strictly comply with IS -10500 standards for drinking water in all parameters, complete with all materials, labour, transport, and defect liability period maintenance as per departmental technical specifications." 0.5 MLD Capacity (500000 Lts)
