Dismantling old plaster or cement concrete flooring, skirting , raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation -75 in foundation and plinth including curing in cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement : 4 coarse sand).

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Flooring with marble stone(black zebra 16 mm thick )of specified thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing, polishing and curing complete

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).internal walls of Bathrooms.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. ( Size of tile 600x600 mm)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.(Size of tile 600x600 mm).

Providing and applying white cement based putty 2mm thick of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

ELECTRICAL FITTING:-Concealed Electrical/ PVC Channel fitting(wherever required) point. Includes all material & labour work. End to end wiring & installation of Modular switch board & Modular Switches Etc,testing and commisioning. Brands considered - Anchor Roma switch, Polycab/Finolex wires/Havells.

Providing,fixing,installation,testing and commissioning of electrical fittings (light points) including Service/ feeding lines with 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS&PVC insulated Copper conductor single core cable wire for lighting points and 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated multi strand copper wire for Sub-Main wiring alongwith earth wire, 06 Amp 3 pin sockets, Including Modular type Switch, Smart LED solution Metal water proof outdoor 24 watt lights, Philiphs 9 watt Ceiling Secure recessed ceiling lamps with all acceriories,Inverter lines ,Wiring for circuit/ Main & Sub Main wiring alongwith earth wire ,including holders, ceiling rose on the junction box/PVC Block, hangers and fancy fittings PVC Conduit/ Channel with bends , junction boxes,06 Amp S Pole MCB, 10 Amp DP MCB, 2 way DB for housing MCB and Hylem sheet with wooden box recessed in walls with accessories of approved quality such as Havells, Anchor etc, Inculding cost of cutting chases and making good the walls/Celing ,including telephone cable for 03 rooms all complete .

Providing , fixing,Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan,including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required. including Service/ feeding lines, including 1200 mm fan with ceiling rose & PVC Square block, 350 watts electronic fan dimmer, PVC Conduit/ Channel with bends , junction boxes,06 Amp S Pole MCB, 10 Amp DP MCB, 2 way DB for housing MCB with wooden box recessed in walls with accessories of approved quality such as luxury type Havells, Anchor etc., complete all.

Providing and fixing stainless steel A ISI 304(18.8) kitchen sink(with drain board 510mmx1040mm bowl depth 250mm) as per IS 13983 with CI brackets and stainless plug 40mm including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls whereever required

Providing and fixing CP Brass 32 mm size bottle trap of approved quality and make and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC waste pipe for sink or wash basin including PVC waste fittings complete.(Semi ridged 40 mm dia.).

Providing and fixing 20mm nominal outer dia pipes Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(External work including trenching, refilling etc.)

Providing and fixing 3 layer PN-16 pipe, 16mm OD(SDR-7.4) PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings. This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.(Internal work Concealed fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 meter spacing including cutting chases and making good the wall etc.)

Providing and fixing PPR Unions 20 MM.

Providing and fixing 20 mm nominal bore gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end)including necessary all fittings.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms.

Providing and fixing C.P. Brass extension nipple (size 15mmx50mm) of approved make and quality as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore with 45 cm length un plasticized P.V.C. connection pipe with PTMT nuts, collars and bush of approved quality and colour.

Providing, laying and jointing 75 mm dia. soil waste pipe PVC Princes quality B- type inlet end from Floor trap to Soak pit including plain bends of required degree ,single equal junction of required degree with access door, insertion rubber washer 3 mm thick , Collars, Floor traps, Including Steel waste coupling, complete all.

Providing wood(Budloo / Fir wood) work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position

Providing and fixing in wall lining of specified medium density board(12mm), pre-laminated one side decorative lamination other side balancing lamination Grade I, exterior grade, with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete. Flat pressed 3 layer particle board or graded wood particle board grade-I type-II, IS: 12823 marked including primer coat on unexposed surfaces

Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading(50 x 20 mm) to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete: 2nd class teak wood

Carriage of Construction material from source to Site by MT loading and unloading.

Cement lead upto 1Km from Sopore market to Divisional Office.
