ALL GREASE POINT NIPPLES TO BE RENEWED.
BOTH PORT & STBD OF FORWARD(2 NO),AFT MOORING WINCHES(2 NO) BRAKE LININGS TO RENEW.BRAKE BAND LINK PINS & BUSHES TO CHECK & RENEW IF NECESSARY(vendor SUPPLY). BRAKE LINING DIEMENIONS: ,LENGTH:2000 MM(TOTAL-2 HALVES OF 908 MM AND 1079 MM EACH) X WIDTH:200 MM X THICKNESS:6.38 MM,FOR EACH WINCH.SIZE OF BRAKE LINING;LENGHT:3200 MM(TOTAL- 2 HALVES OF 1589 EACH)X WIDTH:150 MM X THICKNESS:8.74 MM. WINDLASS BUSHES OF THE BRAKE BAND LINK PINS TO CHECK FOR BOTH WINDLASS & RENEW IF NECESSARY. DISMANTLE ALL FWD AND AFT MOORING WINCHES AND WINDLASS FOR OVERHAULING, AND IF ANY WORN /TORN OBSERVE RENEW PART AS REQUIRED MATERIAL TO BE SUPPLIED BY VENDOR, LIFTING ARRANGEMENT IS ALSO TO BE PROVIDED BY VENDOR.
ALL FOUNDATION BOLTS AND NUTS OF ALL MOORING WINCH AND WINDLASS 04 MOORING WINCH FWD AND AFT AND 02 WINDLASS TO BE RENEWED WITH VENDOR SUPPLIED SS BOLTS AND NUTS AND TIGHTNESS TO BE SET AS PER MANUAL.
