Strengthening of existing 1. 81m dia outfall pipe line (Stage.I) by adding semi circular doubler at bottom, it includes cutting of plate, edge preparation, fit-up and continuous peripheral welding of segments conforming to pipe curvature duly as per welding specifications. and painting two coats of epoxy after duly surface preparation, it includes necessary hire charges of machinery (like diesel generator, cranes.. etc) cost and conveyance of all materials, all Labor charges all incidental charges complete for finished item of work.( plate and paint issued by department at free of cost) Patch welding of pipelines shall be as per approved Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).

Chipping of concrete pedestal to a depth of 150mm and expose sound concrete beneath by using chiping machine and crew charges and also preparing the concrete surface to receive further treatment, disposingthe debris as directed by Engineer i-in charge and as per APSS 202.

Micro-Concreting: Providing structural strengthening conform to ASTM C 1438-13,Type II (if needed, blend with washed, saturated surface dry, graded, low absorption, high density aggregates of size 10mm & below) and pouring the concrete through hopper / funnel arrangement into the leak-proof shuttering formwork for concreting having properties of free-flowing, self- leveling, selfcompacting to meet the requirement of ASTM C109:99/equivalent and tensile strength requirement of ASTM C 307/ equivalent and complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(It includes shuttering )
