M & L for carrying out the following scheduled preventive maintenance for EOT crane SM No 341/7004-CN/10:- (a) Check for worm collector shoes, sag in main runway wiring, ensuring contact to be kept through the entire length runway. Check alignment and relocation. (b) Inspect for wear of bridge and trolley wheel, flat sports and check in flange. Ensure drive wheels are of the same diameter. (c) Checking, cleaning the contacts of the contactors including replacement of contactors ( Each – 04). (d) Checking the pin and bushes for wear of flexible coupling and proper adjusting. (e) Cleaning the plumber blocks and applying fresh grease for lubrication. (f) Cleaning, servicing and maintenance of gear box assembly and repair of main gear box with spares such as seal for gear box & replacement of gresh gear oil (24 Ltrs). (g) Cleaning and greasing the complete winch and replacement of rope wire with thimble complete . (30 RM). (h) Servicing, aligning, adjusting and replacement of the limit switches (Each set 06). (j) Lubrication of all moving parts and applies fresh grease. (k) Checking the break system and repair of break liner pulley & replacing the wear out liners and aligning complete ( 03 Sets). (l) Repalcement of cable guide with rollers. (30 Each).
(m) Servicing, cleaning and replacement of speed control unit with minor components. (n) Painting of complete EOT crane with synthetic enamel paint by spray gun including scrapping of old paint & rust with wire brush and applying redoxide. (o) Checking for proper functioning of the crane and carrying out alignment if required. (p) Load testing of crane after completion of complete maint work. Note:- (a) All material, labor and T & P required for complete the job is responsibility of the firm. (b) Old retrieved materials shall be the property of firm.
