WHILE QUOTING THE RATES FOR DIFFERENT CATEGORY OF EX-SERVICEMEN FOR SUBJECT SECURITY SERVICE, BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO QUOTE AT LEAST THE MINIMUM WAGES FOR ONE MONTH IN THE RESPECTIVE EXCEL CELLS FOR QUOTING RATES KEEPING IN VIEW OF THE "WAGE COMPONENTS" DEFINED FOR “AREA-A” IN THE "NOTICE OF REVISION OF MINIMUM WAGES FOR ONE DAY W.E.F. 01 OCT.2020",ISSUED BY DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF RESETTLEMENT UNDER MINISTRY OF DEFENCE.

IT IS HEREBY CONFIRMED THAT, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE STIPULATED IN THE TENDER SPECIFICATION AND THE STATUTORY VARIATIONS PERMITTED AS PER THE CONTRACT, THE ABOVE UNIT RATES AND OTHER CHARGES AS MENTIONED IN THIS SCHEDULE, WILL REMAIN FIRM TILL THE SUBJECT WORK IS COMPLETED. FURTHER, IT IS CONFIRMED THAT NO OTHER CHARGES WOULD BE PAYABLE BY NHPC, IN CONNECTION WITH OUR EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT.
