Conducting Reconnaissance survey including collection of pavement and Cross Drainage work details of the existing road and the proposed alignment including submission of inception report covering the entire project length complying with standard and as directed by the departmental officer including all incidental charges.

Conducting Topographic survey along prject length including all junctions and branching roads by using Total Station for bring all the existing details features includig fixing of GPS pins as instructed by the Engineer incharge including all incidental charges.

Conducting survey along project length for assessing longitudinal and cross sectional details of the proposed work as instructed by the Engineer incharge including all incidental charges.

Fixing Horizontal Alignement and Vertical Alingement including fixing temporary bench marks at 500m interval along the alignment as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work as per standards including all incidental charges as per IRC standard.

Conducting Classified traffic volume count including supply of Enumerators, hire charges for working tables, PVC chairs, Samiyana, electrical arrangements during night time, etc. for 24 hours for 7 days as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge and submitting the report in standard forms including all incidental charges.

Conducting Classified Origin - Destination survey including supply of Enumerators, hire charges for working tables, PVC chairs, Samiyana, electrical arrangements during night time, etc. for 24 hours for 3 days as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge and submitting the report in standard forms including all incidental charges.

Clearing the light jungle as per specification as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work as per standards including all incidental charges.

Collection of soil samples from site at regular intervals as per the standards of soil sample collection including finding out all properties such as gradation, liquid limit, plastic limit, Proctor density, swell index, CBR, etc. including transportation to the laboratory as directed by the Engineer in charge

Conducting 4” (100mm) boring with power boring machine in all classes of soils including sand silt disintegrated rock. Soft laterite rock or Kankar and soft rock dense medium rock excluding hard rock at specified location from ground level upto hard stratum as decided by the Engineer in charges including conducting SPT test at every 1.50m. depth and wherever change of soils occurs and including collecting of soils samples as directed by the Engineer incharge in proper package and bottling and hand it over to Engineer incharge in good condition including all labour charges and hire charges and transport charges for all machineries with required accessories for the above purpose including water required for drilling and cleaning the bed for conducting SPT test including obtaining necessary test result on the soil samples from HRS laboratories as instructed by the departmental officer and submitting bore log report three copies duly binded consisting of corrected “N” value, consistency of soil angle of interial friction share resistance and safe bearing capacity including all other incidental charges etc. complete.

Detailed report on alingment (including three alternations) fixing Horizontal Alingment and vertical Alingment including all CD works and Railway Over Bridge as per IRC standards

Materials survey for road and bridge works and preparation of rate analysis, SBC calculations, Drawings etc., complete including Design for pavement composition based on kilometer- wise field data as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work as per standards including all incidental charges.

Preparation of Land Plan Schedule (LPS) including collection of field maps, patta, chitta, owner details, marking centre line of alignment, specification report, abstract of land acquisition area in proper forms and combined FMB and individual FMB for each field along with necessary individual drawings and necessary area calculations, etc., in standard format including value of buildings required under acquisition required to submit to the revenue department for further processing approval and necessary revisions till approval including all incidental charges.

Preparation of Draft Detailed Project Report covering all aspects like specification report, detailed estimate, detailed design, drawings and other supporting details for final approval including power point presentation to Technical audit committiee and in soft and hard copies (8 sets) and Preparation of final DPR and bid documents for calling tenders for the formation of byepass with necessary copies required for the deparmental purposes and tender process in soft and hard copies including power point presentation including provision for junction improvements light arrangements, etc including all incidental charges.

Preparation of environmental impact assessment (EIA) report alongwith Resettlement and Rehabilitation (R&R) report as per the standard guidelines of Government of Tamil Nadu and Government of India in the prescribed format for a highway project including all incidental charges.
