Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) produced in a batching plant having a Characteristic flexural strength i.e. minimum flexural strength of 4.1 MPa at 28 days using 350 Kg of ordinary Portland cement of 43 grade, fine aggregate, graded stone aggregates of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per specification and job mix formula, laid in panels as per drawings/design as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge using Slip form paver/Manual method(Note: Areas inaccessible to paving equipment shall be constructed by manual method. Areas in which manual methods of construction become indispensable shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in writing in advance) including making necessary provision for expansion joint, curing, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and particular specifications. The item for execution shall also include the following operations: i) Mechanically cutting dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints 10mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification. ii) Filling Polysulphide sealant in dummy, construction and expansion joints including providing closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up rod, and painting side of joints with Polysulphide primer, etc. complete (to be paid separately under item 20 &21.) Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineerin- Charge. 80mm thick Cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

SITC ELECTRICAL WORKS
Supply of CI transformer housing box, round shape of outside dia 330mm, Height 450mm, made of 10mm thick all round except on Top surface which is 15 mm thick having a clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 Tapped Holes at the hole centre of 260mm to receive light fittings base plate and bolts, under ground housing associated with transformer power cable. The box shall have a clear hole at one side surface, centre at 75mm above bottom surface and suitable to receive 50mm dia B Class GI pipe and check nuts. The box shall have two earth bolts of M 10 x 30mm welded inside near the hole (100 mm away from the hold centre) and a drain hole at the botttom suitably tapped to receive 1/2" dia, B class GI Pipe as per Technical Specifications as required (Single hole).

Supply and laying of 40mm NB 'B' Class GI Pipe in runway/ shoulder for connecting Transformer housing boxes/between transformer housing box and Inset type fitting at a depth of not less than 100mm by cutting the bitumin/concrete of suitable size for laying the pipe, threading, cutting, jointing of pipe and providing check nuts at both ends/one end & filling the gaps with bitumen mix and making good the surface matching with original finish etc. as required and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and Laying of 40mm NB 'B' Class GI Pipe at a depth of 0.3m in earth by excavation for connecting Transformer housing boxes i/c. threading, cutting, jointing of pipe and providing check nuts at both ends/one end, refilling etc. as required and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
Installation of transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including excavation of existing soil of runway shoulder/ basic strip, disposal of excavated material with in 100 mtrs. lead, providing and fixing 300 mm long 15 mm dia "B" Class GI Pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling. The boxes are aligned in such a way that the hole centre falls in straight line etc. complete as required.
Supply of FAA compliant, indoor type, natural air cooled micreprocessor based Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Thyristor control electronic type suitable for local and remote control with 24/48V DC contorl supply with 5 position brightness control and suitable for operation on input voltage of 230/415V, 50Hz. AC supply and output of 10KW at 6.6A (with tapping at 5KW and 7.5KW) rating with all necessary accessories etc. complete as required.
Supply of Elevated Omni-directional, medium intensity light fittings suitable for Taxiway/Apron Edge lighting use with LED type lamp complete with lens support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, base plate with 6 Nos M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring washers and other accessories with Omni-directional blue lens, 6.6 amps LED lamp, LED electronic assembly etc., and confirming to ICAO requirements as per the enclosed particular specifications.
Supply of Bi -directional Inset type Runway Edge light fitting complete with bottom box and all accessories including halogen lamp, lens/filter, reflector with all other accessories and meeting ICAO/FAA specifications complete as required and as specified: (Clear/Clear) (Suitable for 2x 105W lamps).
Supply of Elevated High intensity Runway Guard Lights, consists of two Halogen type light fixtures, having flash rate of 45-50 flashes per min., black visors, vertically and horizantally adjustable, frangible support, two pin secondary Connecting Lead, Base Plate, Rubber gasket etc. and all other accessories and meeting ICAO/FAA specifications.

Supply of internally LED Illuminated Guidance signboards of various sizes completely made out of 2mm thick anodised aluminium sheets on all five sides except the front side fixed over a 2mm thick anodised aluminium frame work with sufficeint no. of aluminium legs with frangible couplings. The front side shall be covered with 4mm thick glare free polycarbonate sheet having the required details (letters & symbols) screen printed on self adhesive film of 3M and pasted on the inside of the polycarbonate sheet. The signboard shall be uniformally internally illuminated with adequate no. of LEDs/LED strips to achieve required illumination level and suitable for operation on airfield series circuit input source of 2.5-6.6A without flickering.
