Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Outdoor (IP54) 11kV 630Amps 21KA/3 sec. One side Extensible 5 Way Ring Main Unit Compact switchgear consisting of 5 nos. fixed motorized Vacuum Circuit Breaker Module and Copper Busbar in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure (2.5 mm thick, SS304 grade). The complete RMU must be type tested for Internal arc 21KA for 1 sec with AFLR Classification for Gas tank & Cable Chamber. RMU shall be supplied completely including Aux .powered relay,Aux.Transformer & other standard Accessories.HT RMU Shall preferably have site replaceable bushings to have very less downtime in the event of bushing breakage and restoration can be done immediately without sending the RMU to OEM Works. The Vaccum Interrupter must RMU manufacturer's own make. All modules shall be in a single gas tank. Make of RMU shall be limited to : ABB/ SIEMENS/ SCHNEIDER INFRASTRUCTURE [ Channel partner / System Integrator / Authourized Partner/ License partner make RMU shall not be accepted. The complete RMU shall be consisting of followings: All VCB module shall have Auxiliary powered numerical protection relay (RMU manufacturer's own make) having Over Current, & earth fault protection with Modbus protocol (RS485) complaint with programable 6 DO, 4DI & 8 front LED with additional 3 nos fixed front LED. Relay shall have CB ON-OFF function key & 20 nos disturbance recording. Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system with LED for all feeder and FPI in all load break switch feeder.SF6 Gas pressure indicator on the gas tank. Operating sequence of VCB must be O-0.3Sec-CO-3 Mins-CO amd suitable for 10000 mechanical operation.CT shall be minimum 40/1A ,2.5VA , 5P20 - 3 nos. for protection Right angle boot to be provided in each module . 2X12V, 26AH Battary with Charger - 1 Set Auxiliary VT shall be 11KV/230V, 500VA for AC supply input to Battary Charger. PCC 1:2:4. type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for foundation of RMU as per recommendations of manufacturers of directed by EIC. Note :- (i) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been required essential for smooth and safe functioning of the RMU system shall be deemed included in quoted rate. Make: AREVA /CROMPTON /SIEMENS /SCHNEIDER (ii) The RMU will be tested at site by primary injection test system and submit the test report (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to include charges for factory inspection before dispatch the RMU and testing of RMU after installation.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty)11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95Sqmm 3core and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying ,Laying , jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT aluminum conductor cable 1100 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Include excavation and refilling

Material and labour for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination Heat shrink type joint (End joint) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance outside MD land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note :- Only compacted thickness of sand will be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV Type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm. laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
