Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer,

Providing one coat of Antifungal coating - tec touch /Cera re-played/Sika Multi guard or Sika gard 67/NACC acrylic/Dr. FIXIT DAMPGAURD - protective and decorative coating system as per manufacturer's recommendations/ standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.The scope of work includes surface preparation including cleaning the wall surfaces to be free of previous coatings, dust, loose particles, algae growth and atmospheric deposits, filling small blow holes if any with putty. Rate quoted includes cost of all materials, labour charges, conveyance, tools and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

French spirit polishing :

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Attending to leak at roof slab and wall joint, all as per instructions of Engineer- in-charge. Rate includes dismantling the weathering course tiles, brick jelly lime concrete etc. for a width of minimum 100 mm at wall and slab joint for required depth so as to reach the top surface of roof slab, finishing with cement concrete in the proportion of one part of cement and three parts of 6 mm stone chips in the dismantled portion with bitumen compound filler at joint and top, finished with tiles at 1 : 1 slope along with walls including hacking walls, replacing the damaged tiles, pointing with CM 1:3 etc. complete.

Providing two coats of CERALASTIC/TEC WAVE 2000/Sika raingard/NACC roof coating /Dr. FIXIT PIDIFIN 2K water proofing membrane coating followed by one bond coat of CERA BOND SBR/TEC BOND SBR/Sika la?tex/NACC Latex / Dr. FIXIT PIDICRETE URP SBR LATEX over the membrane coating and providing cement plastering 6mm thick in CM 1:4 admixed with general purpose water proofing compound of respective products and curing adequately.All as per manufacturer's recommendation / standard specifications and instructions of Engneer-in-charge.The scope of work includes dismantling the existing damaged weathering course and tiles to expose to the RCC slab and finsihing to match with the existing weathering course.

Rectifying the wall cracks by chipping off the existing plastered surfaces to the required width, depth and applying cement slurry in the cracks to the re?quired depth, making good all damages, providing chickenmesh and finishing to match with the existing one by plastering with C.M 1:5, 12/15mm thick and a coat of white wash / snowcem / distemper etc. as the case may be.

Supplying and applying of expansion joint filling with polysulphide sealants over the wall, roof and floor area etc. Rate including cost of all materials and labour charges
