Survey, design, drawing, testing of bearing capacity, hydraulogical, geological survey and construction of water tight circular R.C.C. wet Intake well cum pump house at the bank of Chenagad gadhera with R.C.C. approach bridge of approximate 15 m length and 2.0 m width to withstand safely the river current (last 30 year)/ discharge, seismic/wind or all other natural effects and suitable for taking approximate 3.63 MLD raw water discharge(in 24 hours), including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Inner diameter of well shall be 3.0 metre. Height of well is approximately 12.00 metre ( from lean water level to 2.0 M above H.F.L. of Chenagad gadhera near uchola Village) and depth of foundation below G. L. is assumed 8.0 M, which is liable to change according to geo-investigation, structural design and site conditions and HFL of river in last 30 year. Height of Inspection Room (made up of brick masonry, 3.50 m height) on top of well ( Atleast six inlets (on different levels/heights) with a common header should be installed at/above intake floor with stainer to tap river water, , sluice valves as required, 1.20 metre wide balcony all arround the well shaft above HFL, doors and windows, internal and external electrification work, painting, distempering and snowsem all inside and outside of well, four layer M. S. railing should be on aproach bridge/balcony with hand realing and there should be 1.0 metre wide spiral stair with hand rail from Inspection Room floor to bottom of intake well. The rates should be inclusive of river diversion, all excavation required for well and bridge and dewatering etc. The overall height of intake well is taken approximately 19.00 metre from top of raft foundation to Inspection Room roof top, which will change according to conditions mentioned above. For any increase/decrease in these heights/lengths, rates are shouted below.) The filter plant consists of raw water inlet chamber with flow measuring device, pre PST, pre sedimentation tank (tube settler) (capable to remove all suspended monsoon impurities of river muddy water for removing maximum turbidity up to 1200 NTU), mixing unit, floculation unit, scondary settling tank, chemical house, laboratory wtih office room, hopper bottom settling tanks ( tube settler), rapid sand filter of four equal units with alum doser, bleaching or chlorine mixing doser & back wash arrangements, operation platform, clear water chamber, approved filter media, 0.60 M wide appron and 15 cm PC drain all around all units, gate/sluice valves and their chambers, discharge measurement at inlet and outlet unit,and all other appurtinent works. Including supply and fixing pipe for proper drainage arrangement upto out side the WTP campus, MSERW pipes for connecting the units, electrification and lighting arrangement inside and outside of operating plateform and filter, tiles flooring, double doors and windows in operating room, painting, distempering and snowsem all inside and outside of WTP, three layer M. S. railing should be on stairs, filter all as required or as directed by Engineer in Charge. The work also include inter connecting RCC inspection path way with hand railing to all unit as per site requirment, MS Jaal to protect water from wild animals and debrish, testing of all supplied maiterials. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion and functioning of WTP.
