Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Wind operated Turbo Air Ventilator with base for prefabricated Ground based / Roof Top BTS cabin/shelter on roof/on the side frame work, consisting of following specification including making necessary opening on roof and sealing arrangement/ opening of side wall/ panel / bts shelter including cutting, drilling, making water leak proof sealing arrangement etc complete as per the following specification as reqd

Specification: Air Turbo Ventilator having throttle Dia: 600 mm(24" neck), No. of Vanes/Blades: 42, Vane/Blade Thickness minimum 0.5mm thick, Material: Aluminium. The Connecting assembly shall have high quality permenently lubricated and sealed steel ball bearings of SK or similar superior make. The bearings shall not be exposed to dust etc. It shall be ensured that the ventilator head is perpendicular to the ground.

Providing and fixing of fresh air inlet arrangement of nominal size 1 mt x 0.7 mt (preferably on opposite walls of shelter) with Z type PPG/PPGL louvers to present suitable size (preferably on opposite walls of Shelter) with PPGI/PPGL louvers to prevent rain water seepage, and suitable size GI wire mesh inside the shelter, including making suitable modification in the existing opening (after disconnecting and removing the existing WT/Spacemaker AC units if available) making new opening to suit the above louvers including fixing witgh suitable rivels, providing water leak proof sealong arrangement etc complete etc as reqd

Providing of suitable MS/GI boxing/ frame work /duct for moun ting of turbo air ventilator of size 600 m m x 600 mm made out of sheet of minimum thickness 1.22 mm ( 18 SWG) including suitable supports , fasteners making watre leak proof sealing arrangement etc as reqd

Safety mesh of size 600 mm x 600 mm with frame of suitable GI bolts , nuts, washers complete etc as reqd

Important Note:- The Turbo Air Ventilator and fresh air inlet arrangements shall be fixed on side walls as per the decision of Engineer in charge.
