M&L 10 mm thick, rendering in cement mortar CM 1:3 to work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as brick/concrete faces of chajjas,facia,window jambs,sunshade and similar work exc 15 cm but n exc 30 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc. finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster (upto three layer) of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note: if existing plaster found on site in multi layers, in this situation contractor will remove complete plaster,rate for the same will be included deemed in quoated rates

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on surfaces other than fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty on old/ new plastered internal/External surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces/ceiling/chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) old/new surface with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (APEX) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL) .

M&L Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) old/new surface @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer on existing yellow coloured surface complete all as specified and directed. Make of Interior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Interior Emulsion : Asian (tractor shyne) / Berger (bison) / Nerolac (BEAUTY sheen)
