Comprehensive maintenance of 200 KVA DG sets for routine/preventive maintenance, checking up of Engine and Alternator for smooth functioning and attending breakdowns/ complaints as and when required for smooth functioning of DG Set. The type of work/maintenance services to be carried out during comprehensive maintenance are as under:- (a) Cleaning of air filter (b) Checking and adjusting of valve tappet clearance (c) Checking of Engine lubrication system, fuel system, air system, cooling system, mechanical adjustments/rectification and electrical system. (d) Changing of lube oil filter if necessary (e) Changing/cleaning of fuel pre & fine filter (f) Checking and tightening of bolts and nuts (g) Checking of flexible rubber coupling (h) Checking of charging system of the battery. (i) Checking of ‘V’ belt and adjusting the tension (j) Checking of exhaust turbo charger (k) Checking of fuel injector (l) Checking and cleaning of breather pipe (m) Checking of alternator terminals and cable lighteners etc

(n) Checking of safety controls operation (o) Checking of speed governors and engine shut down for proper functioning. (p) Checking of proper functioning of self starter and provision and battery charging (q) Greasing of generator (r) Carrying out preventive maintenance, checking as per manufacturer’s recommendations and to make proper functioning/serviceability of u/s RPM meter and hour meter and all engine parameters, gauges throughout the CA period and if required replace with new one without any extra cost.

Opening the top and bottom cover of the cylinderical type FRP Dual media filter and taking out the complete filter media from the vesel. Cleaning the complete internal surface area of the plant with wire brush,removing all the deposited sludge,mud dirt etc and cleaning the vessel with water. Washing complete sand filter media, screening with suitable size mesh stainer removing all the vegetation and making free from unwanted material. The scope of work includes the following :- (a) Supply and filling coarse gravel,fine gravel, fine sand , New/Fresh dual media as per existing (as required to fill) (b) Painting complete external surface of filter media, valves and connecting lines after completion of work. (c) Fixing of top and botton cover testing and commissioning complete.

(c) Fixing of top cover testing and commissioning complete.

Cleaning of various tank like inlet chamber , bar screen chamber, grit chamber ,equilization tank,MB reactor-1,MB Reactor-2 ,Lamller flow chamber ,Filter Feed tank,Treated water tank of RCC made, removing blockage of stariner inlet, pump outlet, all pipe of various size installed in STP of 0.15 MLD capcity sewage treatment plant by dewatering the existing soil, slit, sludge by using pneumatic pump adhering proper precautions and safety measures,cleaning the entire surface of bottom and side walls by washing with a pressure nozzle to remove entire dirt etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:Contractor will laise with Gujart state pollution control board to submit the report about plant functionality/servicablity.The cleaning of plant shall be carried out as per the directory of Gujarat pollution control board.if the contractor fail to operate this item ,the recovery of Rs 20000 shall be lavied by the department.

Disconnecting complete gear box assembly from low speed fixed type AERATOR and taking out carefully from aeration chamber,strip opening and dismantling complete gear box assembly for replacement of following worn out unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Roller sealed bearing of suitable size (b) Gear box oil-07 ltrs(Hp hear oil XP-90) (e) Oil seal-01 No. (f) Carbon steel star pinion gear,80 mm dia. 25 Teeth cat part No. 6002149PB-01 No, (g) Pressure plate duly drilled to suit for fixing with gear box -01 No. ()h) Painting complete gear box, platform hand rail and connected items as specified and directed.

Supply and fix suction strainer steel of size 100mm dia including conncetion to exsiting PVC of size 100mm dia and material like flange , rubber packaging to be included in quoted rated

Disconnecting and taking down from inlet chamber and dismentling pump sets, non cloging type of capacity 3 HP installed on sewage collection sump near STP for overhauling, painting (after complettion of work) and repair /replacement of the following worn out parts (a) CI Impeller of Existing size (b) Carbon steel shaft duly threaded from boath ends as existing -01 (c ) Carbon steel keys for pump shaft -02 (d) Ball bearing of suitable size (f) Gasket as Existing -01 (g) Assembling ,coupling with electric motor and testing complete

Disconnectin and taking down and dismentling pump sets,horizontal non cloging type pump of capacity 3 HP installed on Equilization tank to MR reactor-1 of sullage water for servicing /over hauling and repair /replacement of the following worn out parts:- (a) CI Impeller of Existing size (b) Carbon steel shaft as existing-01 (c) Carbon steel keys for pump shaft -02 (d) Ball bearing suitable size (f) Gasket as Existing -01 (g) Assembling ,coupling with electric motor and testing complete.

Disconnectin and taking down and dismentling pump sets,horizontal non cloging type of capacity1.5 HP installed on common base plate for feeding of raw water to filter of sullage water for servicing /over hauling and repair /replacement of the following worn out parts:- (a) CI Impeller of Existing size (b) Carbon steel shaft as existing-01 (c) Carbon steel keys for pump shaft -02 (d) Bush and ball bearingof existing size -01 (e) Gasket as Existing -01 (f) Assembling ,coupling with electric motor and testing complete and complete painting all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric supply from the motor, removing coupling and kepping in safe custody and removing motor of capacity 5 HP and taking out pump motor of capacity 5HP, 3 Ph, 415 /volt, 50 Hz from STP shift to workshop and to carryout repair, dismantle the motor cutting/removing the burn out winding, cleaning the slots and rewoinding the motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge/turns, heat varnishing, replacing the bearing (02 Nos) shaft assembly and shaft sleeves, reassemble the motor and fixing it in its original position, reconnecting all the removed lines and testing all complete. (Painting of motor after completion of work).

Disconnecting electric supply from the motor, removing coupling and kepping in safe custody and removing motor of capacity 1.5 HP and taking out pump motor of capacity1.5HP, 1.5 Ph, 415 /volt, 50 Hz from STP shift to workshop and to carryout repair, dismantle the motor cutting/removing the burn out winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge/turns, heat varnishing, replacing the bearing (02 Nos) shaft assembly and shaft sleeves, reassemble the motor and fixing it in its original position, reconnecting all the removed lines and testing all complete. (Painting of motor after completion of work).

Disconnecting electric supply from the motor, removing coupling and keeping in safe custody and removing motor of capacity 3 HP and taking out pump motor of capacity 3HP, 1.5 Ph, 415 /volt, 50 Hz from STP shift to workshop and to carryout repair, dismantle the motor cutting/removing the burn out winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge/turns, heat varnishing, replacing the bearing (02 Nos) shaft assembly and shaft sleeves, reassemble the motor and fixing it in its original position, reconnecting all the removed lines and testing all complete. (Painting of motor after completion of work).

Supply and install CI butterfly valve of size 100mm dia including replacement of rubber packing ,nut bolts all as specfied and directed.

Supply and install CI butterfly valve of size 50mm dia including replacement of rubber packing ,nut bolts all as specfied and directed .

Supply and fix MXN9 AC 3 , 3 pole contactor with add on block including control wiring all as specfied and directed

Testing of treated water of STP from NABL recoginised lab as existing indian standards/Gujarat pollution control board to be carried out and submitted report monthly to Enginner-in-charge. Note:Penality of Rs 5000 per month shall be recovered if report not submitted monthly.

The following protection to be provided to pumpset/Blower (Raw water pumpsets, submersibale pumpsets, feed water pump sets and blower) installed at 150KLD STP plant. (i) Under voltage and over voltage protection. (ii) Under load and over load protection with suitable rating of CTs. (iii) Surge protection. (iv) short circuit protection. Enclosure /panel be IP 66 ,kisok type ,CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick,copper bus bar & terminals, multi functional meter,digital voltmeter and ammeter,indicators, including control wiring and connection from enclosure to existing panel and other connected items complete.

Note:-(1) The contractor shall keep all items readily available at site, which is required for urgent repair works.

(2) Common miscellaneous material such as screws any type, nails,nuts & bolts, washers, insulation tapes, clamps, hooks, which are required for the work the cost of which is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

(3) Contractor’s supervisor should be available at the site to supervise the works and co-ordinate with the officials.

(4) The manpower shall be issued identity card after getting due verification. Uniform should be worn by the manpower having monogram of the firm.

(5) The skilled worker should be facilited with mobile phone to contact on urgent tasks & their numbers should be displayed at swimming pool and forwarded to administration.

(6) The contractor shall ensure safety of his workers and other at site of work and shall be responsible for any consequence arising out of execution of the repair and maintenance works.

(7) The contractor shall ensure that his repair/ maintenance staff is qualified and licensed for their part of work. He shall be responsible for their conduct. The contractor shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to employees’ state insurance corporates property.

(8) All repair and maintenance related complaints shall be attended within two hours failing, which a recovery of Rs 500/- per event per hour shall be made from the subsequence payment of the contractor.

(9) The contractor provide test certificate of material to be incorporated in the work.

(10) Any persons of contractor causes damage of equipment or property of Military station, the contactor will be solely held responsible for the cost of consequences thereof.

(11) In the event of the contract work getting delayed due to reasons attributable to the contractor, the department shall be levying the penalty at the rate of 5% per week to the maximum of 10% of the contract value.

(12) Contractor shall carry out all test. The equipments shall conform to Indian standards.

(13) Work diary & hindrance register shall be maintained by the contractor. The both shall be deposited to department daily.

(14) Joint measurement shall be done weekly. The contractor should be available for joint measurement along with supervisior on every Wednesday from 15.00 hr to 17.00hr. If contractor fails to be present at site , the progress of that week shall be fwd to division 'Nil'

(15) Contractor shall provide all stationery such as docket book,complaint register,work diary,hindrance register etc.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
