M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth in soft/loose soil; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for as in surface channel complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Chainlink wire fencing of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post hole for similar holes each n exc 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers nexc 25 cm watering and removed surplus soil to a distance nexc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling for post holes and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Framed works for chain links angles, frame work for watertanks including etc conforming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk forbalusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concreteand screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire meshetc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound incl chajja, facia etc, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.( WPC measured separately)

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of wall over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in coping, benching, holdfast, fixing of fencing post above wall etc,finished even and smooth using extra cement incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm garded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4, including all mouldings and demolition of old louvers and jallies complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanized fencing of mesh size 75 x 75 mm & nominal dia of mesh wire not less than 3 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and apply one coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces n exc 10cm width or girth and apply one coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for manufacturing of ornamental and decorative type steel gate with structural steel conforming to Fe 410-o or 310-O all as specified, revolving on bearing plate including pintal hinges fixed on pillar in PCC blocks of size as required as site , including all locking arrangement, all as per sample approved by the Engr-in-Charge and directed and fixed in position. Note :- 1. Steel gate shall be manufactured as per sample approved by the Engr-in-Charge . Photographs for the samples shall have to be collected by the contractor from the manufacturer of the gates in the area for approval of the Engr-in-charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be inclusive in unit rate accordingly.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over 20mm thick screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match with colour of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete laid over 10mm thick screed layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in apex stone/kerb stone with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering throating etc and set in CM 1:4 complete with joints, size and shape as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for filling of gap between road, kerbs stone and interlocking paver block with finished fair complete all as speificed and directed.

M & L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
