UNDERTAKING OF YEARLY ROUTINE OF FM-200 ONBOARD ICGS C-149 AND C-153 ON PAC BASIS

ICGS C-149 Defect Sl No. Yearly routine of FM-200 to be carried out as per maintenance schedule: - (a) After removal of solenoid valve from FM 200 cylinder head of the system, the following checks need to be carried out: (i) Electrical remote cabinet opening from remote (ii) Pneumatic release cabinets (b) System check-check each electrical manual release unit for operation. (c) Check that all alarm and evacuation alar lights and sounds. (d) Check that all AC are shut down or dampers are closed, if any. (e) Check that all pneumatic actuator operates after pre-set time delay. (f) Check that all electric actuator operates after pre-set time delay. (g) Check operation of discharge pressure switch and check indication lamp (h) Reset all pneumatic actuator, electrical actuators, discharge pressure switch and the fire alarm system. (j) Pipe work/nozzles-check pipes and fitting are to correct standards (k) Check nozzles to ensure that they are free from debris (l) Check dust caps are fitted (m) Containers-check containers are safe from mechanical damage, corrosion or unauthorised interference. (n) Check containers brackets are fitted and all bolts tightened. (p) Check pneumatic actuation is firmly is fixed and all connections are tight. Job being undertaken at Okha
