Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement CPRI approved factory made LT panel indoor KIOSK type with double doors of suitable size provided with locking arrangements, dust, weather and vermin proof, 1100 volt grade, 50 Hz AC made out by 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, fully compartmentalised, with IP-65 protection complete with and 50x50x5 mm thick angle iron for frame and legs, 04 Nos. legs of of size 500 mm long, 200 mm grouted in PCC blocks of type B-1 (1:2:4) with 300 mm ground clearance, for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire AC supply complete all as directed with and including the following :- (a) MCCB 4 pole 415 Volt, 250 Amps, Adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting rupture capacity 25 KA - 01 No (incoming) (b) MCCB 3 pole 415 Volt, 160 Amps, Adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting rupture capacity 25 KA outgoing - 01 Nos

Supplying & laying in repair factory made of unreinforced Precast concrete cover of class LV, type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x40mm for protection for cable all as specified .

M&L for dry Sand filling in cable trenches for protection of cables with two layers below and above cable and punned down to speicified thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned down thickness shall only be measured for payment.

Supply and laying/fixing GI tubing light grade for cable protection of size 50 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing in replacement of LT Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross setional area 16 sq mm, 2.0 core all as directed.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode in 60 cm x 60 cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to and including GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer light grade 40 mm dia GI protection pipe and connected to equipment, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia for watering an including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC 1;2:4 type B-1 including Rocksalt, charcoal, excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil shown as plate No 3 of SSR Part - I 2009 and all as specified complete. Note : - The unit rate quoted shall deemed to have included for GI protection pipe, GI earth strip up to 7.5 mtr, GI water pipe, wire mesh , funnel , excavation, RCC pit cover complete.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earth lead fixed to walls or recesses in chasiss or buried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe or any indicating situation using galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm complete all as specified.
