Annual Operation and Maintenance Contract for the E and M Installations at C.E. Bhuj for the year 2024-26

Annual Periodical Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations including Operation & Maintenance of Pumps, DG Sets, Conveyors in three shifts on all working days, RO plant, VRF AC system etc. as per specification & condition attached, attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdowns, ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, performing preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/ documentation/ attendance records using biometric authentication etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract, on all days including Sundays and holidays and also as & when required basis. (Highly Skilled-2 ; Skilled-5; Semi-skilled-5; Un-Skilled-4).

Inspection, servicing and Testing of following Electrical Installations and performing preventive maintenance checks and submission of reports to AAI. For VCB and ACB, the activities shall be carried out through the authorized service dealer of the OEM. For power transformer, the activities shall be carried out through OEM/authorized service dealer of OEM or any specialized/licensed agencies with suitable experience for the work.

11 KV VCB (Make: Crompton Greaves, Model: 12V X 12 XL, Rating: 400 A)

Current Transformer of VCB (a set of three) ( Rating: 60-30/5+5A,15 VA/CL.1.0/5P10)

11 KV Potential Transformer ( Rating 11000 /110 V, 100 VA/CL 1.0) (1 Nos. x 2 years = 2 JOB)

Distribution Transformer 11KV/433V, 500KVA ( Make: Crompton Greaves)

Air Circuit Breaker 800 Amp,400 V ( Make: L & T, Model: CN-CS 800 S) (8 nos. x 2 years = 16 JOB)

Inspection, servicing, calibration and testing of Electrical metering and safety device, performing relay co-ordination of the relays, including submission of reports on the related calculations for relay setting etc. as required. The activity shall be carried out through specialized agencies/licensed agencies with appropriate licenses and experiences. (A) IDMT relays (2OC & EF) - 7 nos and (B) Auxiliary and tripping relays (Type-VAA21Z98501FCH)-4 Nos. (Details as per tender Document)

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil including testing the BDV and acidity before and after testing and submission of test reports , replacement of Silica Gel etc. as required for following Transformers - 500 KVA Transformer (App. 420Ltr.)

Supply of tested transformer oil for toping up the transformer as required.

Rewinding of the 3 phase/ Single phase 50 Hz AC Electric motor pumps i/c dismantling, transportation to workshop & back to site , of following Capacity :-

Monobloc pumps of 1 HP capacity

Submersible pump of 0.5 HP capacity

Submersible pump of 5 HP (i/c Lowering & Lifting)

Rewinding of the following type fans i/c dismantling, transportation to workshop & back to site.

Ceiling fan of all makes and models.

Exhaust Fan of sweep upto 300mm of all makes & model

Wall Fan of size up to 450mm.of all makes & model

Spray painting of sheet metal enclosures/LT panels/Feeder Pillars/DG exhaust pipes/ Control panel with two coats of synthetic/enamel paint of grey or any other colour as approved by AAI, including cleaning the surface , rewriting the identification of the circuit. The electrical accessories shall be covered and protected from dust during painting as required.

Decoration of Terminal building, main gate facia with LED serial lighting and RGB pattern lighting on special occassions/ nationally important days/ festivals as per the requirements shown below. (a) Minimum no. of LED serial lighting - not less than 10000 LED lights. (b) RGB pattern lighting for pillars of terminal building 25 Nos. ( RGB PAR lights shall be used) (c) Pixel Chaser light batten ( with minimum 12 colour combinations) running linearly on the top of the building for a length of not more than 400 m.

Independence day ( Starting from 18.00 hrs on day before independence day to 06.00 hrs on the day after independence day) Each occasion in an year shall be treated as one JOB.

Diwali ( Four days - Starting from 18.00 hrs. on day before Diwali, Diwali day, Gujarati New year day and Bhai dhooj day , till 06.00 hrs on day after Bhai dhooj day) Each occasion in an year shall be treated as one JOB.

Republic day ( Starting from 18.00 hrs on day before republic day to 06.00 hrs on the day after republic day) Each occasion in an year shall be treated as one JOB.

AAI foundation day ( Starting from 18.00 hrs on day before foundation day to 06.00 hrs on the day after foundation day)

Painting of HT structure including fencing (Approximate 6 Sq.mtr.), with two coats of aluminium /enamel paint including cleaning, scraping and applying approved steel primer where ever required similar to the existing colours and shade complete as required.

Comprehensive maintenance contract for Automatic sliding door double leaf type for overall opening up to 3650 mm and clear passage height up to 2600 with DC motor , microcontroller , infrared sensor & safety light barriers including Air curtain integrated with the Automatic sliding door as per SCC..(Make Security technocrats) Location 1 : Arrival Area Entry Location 2 : Arrival Area Exit Location 3 : Boarding Gate - 1 Location 4 : Boarding Gate - 2 Location 5 : Checkin Area Entry - 1 Location 6 : Checkin Area Entry - 2

Execution of Complete items from CPWD Delhi schedule of rates (Electrical) 2022. [Up to a Ceiling limit of Rs.50000 ex GST]. The materials used for executing the DSR items shall be as per the preferred make list of AAI, as enclosed with the tender document.
