Renew of Hosting of MIS Software (ERP RF-CAMPUS) on Cloud Based Server (Microsoft Azure) through M/s Master Soft ERP Solution Pvt. Ltd, Nagpur for the year 2024-25 (Detailed technical specifications of the items as per chapter – 8 enclosed with this notice) (App Server, DB Server, Storage: Storage Account for SQL Backup, AppServer and DBServer Replica, Networking: Load Balancer, Bandwidth IP Address &Traffic Manager,Azure Site Recovery) Note: 1. Latest & Valid Authorization Certificate from manufacturer should be enclosed along with your offer. 2. In the event of a work-order, Performance Security @ 3% of the work order value is to be submitted. 3. The bidder has to submit EMD of Rs. 14,000 /- with technical bid (Refer chapter 5 class No. 04 of the tender document of details) and MSE bidder should submit the security declaration certificate as per Annexure-3. 4. The quantity shown are for mere guidance only. The bill should be raised on actual utilization. 5. Cloud Server configuration must be upgraded when informed by SVNIT for crucial tasks of SVNIT. 6. Work order may be extended further 2 years based on performance on year-to-year basis with same terms and condition, with same specification. 7. The services under the consideration may be stopped by giving 30 days of notice from both side and payment of such services will be done on pro-rata bases for the actual usage. 8. The Payment is generally made on quarterly basis in 30 days post receipt of invoice raised. 9. Bids not complying to the above technical eligibility criteria and non-submitting the required documents are liable to be rejected.¬¬¬
