Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans, Pedestal Fans and air circulating fans etc , of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations,sealing cable end, for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc and hanging / fixing the repaired fans in same position or at position as directed by Engr-in-Charge after , dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades,connecting to existing electric sources with using new 1.5 Sqmm 3 core multistrandd PVC insulated copperwire (FRLS) to required length and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation of fans to & from workshop if required and approved by the Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs. (iv) Remetaling of motor shaft, polishing and grinding and making to standard size to matching with GM Bush shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ (v) Writing of fan No. and painting of fans shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

Taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of electric fans of any description and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire (Make : Atlas/Finolex/Devi Dayal) as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction including painting of fans of any description (ceiling fan/exhaust fan/Air circulators/Wall mounted fans/Pedestal fan) with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (White/grey) by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces of fans including engraving / painting MES No. on fan in capital letters of height not less than 20 mm on fan body complete as directed for the following Fans:- (a) Rewinding of motor of ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep

Disconnecnting, dismantling and taking out the non functional Air Conditioner window type/Split type of any description, any make and in any position 1.5 TR/2.0 TR capacity Single Phase 50 HZ, strip opening, coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line by and checking & retightening of all electrical connections. Replacement of minor part such as nut, bolts, screws, washers, fixing properly bracket housing of capacitors, relay incl replacment of unserviceable parts, cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent powder solution, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective wiring & parts incl painting the bottom with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint, replacement of unserviceable and defective parts brazing reassembling and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The replacement of defective/nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for seperatly as` supply only' under appropriate item of Schedul A and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) The rate for above items are deemed to include for transpotation of AC to & from workshop as approved by Engr-in-Charge for necessary unserviceable screws/nuts/bolts /washer/packing etc with new one. (iii) Charging of gas if required shall be measured and paid for separatly under appropriate item of schedule A however vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2) if any required is deemed to be included under the units rate quoted by the contractor for this item.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the non-functional water coolers of any description, any make and in any position, capacity 40 ltrs to 150 ltrs, including water connections, single phase AC connection, 50 Hz, strip opening, cleaning and servicing of the water cooler with using MAIC-DS solution with and including taking out and replacing unserviceable/defective wiring & damaged/un-serviceable parts, necessary brazing, reassembling water cooler, restoring water supply connections and testing of the water coolers complete as all specified and directed. Note :- (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts/damaged body portions shall be measured & paid separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ Part -I and fixing charges for new/ repaired items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Burnt out windings, if any, replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ Part-I. (iii) Internal wiring, if any, replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately as 'supply only' of internal wiring kit. (iv) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation of Water coolers to & from workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs and testing of Water coolers at workshop & replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/nuts/bots/ washers/ packing etc with new one. (v) Charging of gas to make up required pressure, if any, shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item. (vi) Rates quoted by the contractor for this item are also deemed to be included for de-scaling of chilled water pipe line including brazing of damaged portion of pipe line.

Disconnecting and taking out the non-functional Refrigerator/Deep Freezer of any description and in any position, strip opening of Refrigerator/Deep Freezer 165 Ltr. to 490 Ltr. Capacity, cleaning and servicing, taking out un-serviceable / defective parts/spares and internal wiring, replacement of un-serviceable parts/spares like Relay, capacitor, wiring , over load protector, Compressor, inner liner Puff, evaporator, freezer, condenser, Lamp & holders etc. necessary brazing, reassembling and testing all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Replacement of un-serviceable parts shall be measured paid for separately under appropriate item of sch ‘A’ as supply only but fixing and testing element of the parts replaced / repaired is deemed to be included in this item.
