Restoration of gravity main Pipeline of Bhauwala Maldung (Part- 5) water supply scheme under Natural Calamity

Excavation in soil mixed with shingle boulder for pipeline trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :

Dismentling of following nominal dai screwed and socketed GI pipe, meter specials and fittings including taking out from trenches and stacking them properly within 50 meters but excluding cost of trenching i) 100 mm

ii) 80 mm

iii) 65 mm

Cartage of following G.I. pipes from site store to site of work, lowering them into trenches, laying through alignment & gradient, laying & jointing pipeline including supply of jointing material, cutting of pipe for making up length as required. i) 100 mm

Making connection with the existing M.S. Galvanised mains of up to 50mm to 80mm. nominal dia. Including cutting and threading of pipe, bailing out water, fixing, if required, specials and testing etc. complete, but excluding cost of insertion pipes and specials besides boring out (and also subsequent back fill) existing main take . i) 50 mm -80 mm Dia
