| 1For a crater of size 9 to 12 m dia and 2.5 to 3.5 m depth (Large size Crater) , Excavated by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator), the crater will be filled and finished in 6 to 7 hours through the following steps: | |||||
| 1.01 | (i) Excavation over area for making the crater of size given by Engr-in-charge.
(ii) Stone/boulders will be loaded into tippers using a JCB / backhoe loader and transported to the crater site. (The lead distance will be up to 5 km.)
(iii) Crater to be fillied by stone boulders layers n exc 250 mm thick and compacted by 8-12 tonne capacity Vibratory roller. Depth of the stone boulers filling will be the 325 mm less than the top level of Crater.
(iv) Sand will be loaded into tippers using JCB / backhoe loader and transported to the crater location. (The lead distance will be up to 5 km.)
(v) The crater will be filled with sand in a 25 mm thick layer and levelled.
(vi) HDPE sheet will be laid on the top and sides of the crater, and the sheet joints will be sealed using sealing tape.
(vii) Stone aggrgates of size 20 to 63 mm will be loaded into tippers using a JCB / backhoe loader and transported to the crater site. (The lead distance will be up to 5 km.)
(viii) The crater will be filled with 300 mm thick stone layer of 20–50 mm size stones and levelled manually by skilled labourers.
(ix) After the filling of Crater with stone aggregates till top level , Lifting of Rapigrout cement bag from flat Top truck to the IMDM machine with the help of crane of capacity upto 2-5 tonne.
(x) Shifting the rapigrout cement through the flat deck truck from MES godown to crater location.
(xi) Grouting the rapigrout cement mixed with water after discharge from IMDM machine.
(xii) Prepration of earthen ramp by using good earth so that heavy trucks can arrive on the top of filled and broom finished surface of the crater.
(xiii) After broom finish remaining aggregates and empty cement bags including all garbage shall be removed from site immediately so tha repaired crater can be handed over to user for their necessary load testing. | 2 | Each Job | 10 | ₹20 |
